Been to this location 3 times. They don't seem to want to honour company coupons. The first time about 1:15 pm they said it... would be at least a 15 minute wait, said forget it. The second time we presented a coupon at 1:15 pm a few weeks later, samereply. Today they just came out and said they don't have this coupon in their system. I have been buying KFC popcorn chicken for years. Today I lost it. I bought 2 large popcorn chickens (total cost $27). When I... got home I opened the box to find something else. Two boxes of popcorn chicken. For comparison I had a Large popcorn chicken boxfrom another franchise for reference. I fit the two boxes in one large Popcorn chicken bucket. This company literally shorted mea $13 large chicken (if this was the first time I could excuse them, but they have been doing this for three years!) THEFT!!! Read more
One thing is to commit an error - we all do that! However, It takes leadership, customer experience to be able to rectify or... even let alone admit it! Today Omar was stellar, he did exactly that! when the order came out smaller than usual and a littleover cooked he went above and beyond by providing a whole new box - freshly made too/unheard of! Moreover, to deliver a stellarservice even though it was not required off of him, he gave an extra box of popcorn chicken and fries ???? Herman was extremely helpful in explaining their whole menu. I ended up ordering their chori pan and beef and peameal bacon... papito. Arapa and Yuka fries for our apps . Coming back for sure to try out the rest of their menu. Read more
Absolutely disgusting.. ordered via skip.. not only lettuce tasted moldy but you can see there's nothing in there except chicken... and squirt of sauce and few chunks of disgusting lettuce.. save your money and stay away.. Read more
