It was slow when we came in. There were some tables that were not clean so we have to clean it before we sat down and enjoy our... meal. The chicken was freshly cooked. The fries were okay. We were given like 2 pcs of napkins, it was not enough for one, Iused it to clean the table secondly we ordered a chicken combo which was eaten with our bare hands. Too much grease on ourhands, the store should have anticipated the needs of the customers. The lady in the cashier doesn't seem to be happy with herwork. We have been here several times but I never seen her smile or welcome the customers at all. I am expecting to see someonein front with great customer service skills. Took a long time to get a drive thru order, when I opened the order guess what?, incorrect and also without any utensils; went... today again and got 2 stale chicken sandwiches went back to get new ones and the server Ashi argued and didn?t give us new ones;we ended up throwing the sandwiches and will not recommend this kfc food and customer service wise to anyone! Kfc is of course famous but not every store is fresh. This one is better than the other one near by. I?m just concerned about... the size of the chicken. It keeps shrinking that I thought I got something else not a thigh. Apparently they don?t wait for thechicks to grow :D It is tasty and fresh if you?re a kfc fan. Also the size of the boneless strips shrank to half or so sincethey got the $5 box promotion. The store is clean as I remember from last time I ate inside. They also used to have ice creambut not anymore. Stay away from the veggie sandwich. Read more
I used to love KFC, however at this location it doesn?t taste like it. I got really sick after last visit. No more chicken from... this location. Don?t know how to describe the taste; after one bite I have to trash the whole meal. Minus 5 stars! Read more
The food quality really bad. I order hot wings and they give me old one. Very dry. Be careful when order the food from this KFC... branch because there is no any check balance. I pay full amount then why didn?t give fresh food. You are not loyal because agood food can make more as well destroy too. After eaten It effect body. Placed an order online for the first time with KFC. I was given a 15 minute notice that the order will be ready. It took nearly... 30 minutes for the order. Nevertheless the food was well portioned and well priced. The place is also very neat and clean. Read more
Terrible compared to European KFC!! Ordered French fries and 10 chicken bucket: fries are dry and non crispy, chicken has very... strong artificial flavour like Maggie chicken cube(had stomachache for 2 days afterwards) +super dry and with non crispybreading???? Read more
