Worst experience, when i entered into the to no one was at counter, i found the bell, a girl showed up, take the order but she... doesn't know how to turn on the computer. She called a guy he came with the phone playing loud music and laughing, irritating mebecause I was so hungry. Took the order. I when to wash my hand, no soap for a hand wash in the washroom, i used sanitizer.Pickup the order went to get drinks, Pepsi only water came out. Took that and sit down to eat. I was facing the Derry road theguy and the girl talking in their language making fun, the guy walk towards me like hitting me then turned around. He didn'trealize i could see him on the window even im was facing the road. Very disappointed. Pls treat your customers with seriousnessand respect. People come to eat after long day of work. Went today to buy 2pcs and ???? the lady ask me if I want the special I said no I would like one white and one dark they charge... me $11.05 she never told me the price difference between the special and regular so I call and she was very rude was not helpfulat all so I pay $6 for one pcs of white meat not a good place to go Read more
Wow.... woefully slow service and an itsy bitsy sandwich... as kid I always liked KFC but until now I'd never tried their... chicken sandwich... I figured if anyone could do it well, it would be KFC.. not the case, at least not this time.... pulled upto speaker at the drive thru and tried to order a chicken sandwich... despite me specifically stating 3 times that I only wanteda sandwich they kept asking what kind of drink I wanted... a little bit annoying after repeatedly advising that I did not want a'combo'... I order the bacon and cheese classic chicken sandwich, spicy.. Well....what I got was a tiny little sandwich, nobacon or cheese, what looked like a half portion of chicken, 2 itty bitty pickles each barely the size of a dime and a glob oforange sauce... (I guess that's where the spice was supposed to be.. because the breading on the chicken wasn't spicy at all..and the sauce tasted like mayo with a hint of spice).. a total of 5 moderate sized bites and it cost more than $9... wow!.. Ihave learned my lesson... great place to go if you are not looking for good service or a satisfying meal. Read more
Google does not allow me to give zero for you guys. Successfully wasted $40 in this store. Pls give proper training to staff so... that they can cook well. Spoiled my meal. Complained on KFC website aswell for the food . Now just letting other people know howbad they can get. Read more
Ive had chicken a few times but the last two times in 2 weeks the chicken tastes like it was rotten. I had to throw it out.... Plus every time I order 2 piece meal they keep telling me I want a 3 piece meal. They dont seem to listen to my order. Read more
Greasy, Cold, Dry. Food quality rating 0 out of 10, literally. Got the 3 piece chicken combo and it was an appetite killer. The... chicken seemed old and seemed like it was fried before hand and put in the fryer just when i ordered it to re-heat but sadly itwas still cold. Earlier that day i ordered popcorn chicken and fries, it was cold and didn?t taste good, seemed like it was fromthe day before or just not fresh. Worst KFC i?ve ever been to, terrible food. Probably the worst KFC. It?s sad that I still go here, but unfortunately I work nearby. I always have to remind them to actually... cook the food instead of giving it to me undercooked. They never have sauces, employees don?t know how to talk to customers, andthey have the A/C blasting in the winter. I really wonder who owns this joint. Read more
