Quite honestly, this place should be getting 10 stars out of five. Not only because of the tremendous quality of ice cream, but... one of the greatest things about this place is the service that I received twice this week from Shana. She is incredible inmaking suggestions, combinations , and in customer service. Her welcoming smile make you want to just come back multiple times aday. I?ve never had such a great experience anywhere and I travel a lot. This is a lost skill in the service industry wherepeople have forgotten how to make customers feel so special. If I could and it was healthy for me, I would probably go theremany times a week. I will be back definitely before I leave town next Saturday. I?m going to post a couple of my favorite icecream pictures - all Shana?s creations. Great ice cream spot! Offers the regular selection from the restaurant that can be found at most other locations. It is nicely... located along Queen Street so wonderful place to grab some ice cream and stroll! I got a regular twist and my friend gotsomething a little fancier, a dipped cone. A cute and cozy ice cream shop to grab sweets in the Streetsville area. Was excited to try the ice cream (the serve soft serve... is dipped into different flavours and toppings). There are lots of different flavours to dip the soft serve, including greentea, charcoal, tiramisu, espresso and more. Their menu also includes donuts, cheesecake, ice cream sandwiches and other sweets,but are known for their dipped ice cream. Finally I found one of the best vanilla ice cream in the GTA. I usually go to McDonald?s to get my vanilla ice cream but I guess... not anymore, because as we all know the McDonald?s machine is usually broken. This place is a hidden gem in Mississauga. Iordered La Rocher, Classic Cheesecake, Tiramisu cake, Double Chocolate Godiva cheesecake. La Rocher : The vanilla ice cream isthe BEST. I got it with Oreo topping. They should put more Oreo since I had paid extra for it. It was more chocolate thanOreo. Classic Cheesecake : You can never go wrong with this cheesecake. Made to perfection. Great experience! I personally think the chocolate dips are more balanced. Some of the other dips are too sweet when paired with... ice cream. We love this location! There is a regular worker that we adore and we come in just for her :) I had no idea the cookies could be... heated, we had come so many times and until we met this employee, we were never offered heated! And it?s a game changer. Theircookies heated?so good. We also get their milkshakes, we?ve tried a bunch of different flavours including the cupcake milkshakesand they are huge and so worth it! The young lady at the front is extremely friendly and welcoming. The manager is also verykind. They are all sweet to my kids, even when my daughter is yelling in the store.
