We decided to go & get two chicken on a stick at Lazeeze , but we had ordered 1 regular size and one small. I however changed my... mind from a small size to a regular size. Mind you when we went in i had asked for an item they didn't have on their menu. So weboth decided that it was going to be two regular chicken on a stick. Paid for our food, got two drinks & proceeded to wait . Myhusband went in & got the food & we decided to head home. To my disappointment instead of two chicken on a stick, one rice &one chicken on a stick. Mind you i wasn't upset because the rice isn't bad. I got in & called the store, & tried to explainthat he had given us the wrong food. He was really hostile & accusatory. He does not belong in a public environment. He had theopportunity to rectify the situation and he choose to be combative. After me trying to convince him that, the only thing myhusband eats is fries not rice. ?He then throws my husband under the bus by accusing him of ordering rice. terrible service. dont even speak to the customer.. said have a nice day and they don't even reply (that alone makes u wonder if... they even care to make good food) of course i get home and the chicken is so dry and just tastes bad. the location on tenthline and thomas is literally 10x better. So i went to this Lazeez after months and ordered shawarma on sticks as always. And OMG It was Actually LAZEEZEST (lol) shawarma... i ever had. All the staff was so humble! I could give 10 stars to them but there is no option for 10 stars. They make my Fridaymore Joyful! Wonderful job guys! Read more

Can?t even finish this. I?ve ordered lentil rice and shish tawook from he credit view location many times. I recently moved to... the meadow vale area and grabbed the usual from the Argentia one and the lentils and rice are hard or undercooked. Chickendoesn?t taste the same. Better off driving to credit view where food is 100 times better. Will never be trying this locationagain! Read more

I have been eating at this place for so long. However, recently the quality of food went down. I ordered two chicken with fatush... salad. Chicken taste was like boiled and they had it in the tray. Instead of hanging on the grill. And crackers on the saladtaste was like cooked in the extremely old oil and bad smell. When I complained cashier person didn?t agree with me. I thenasked lady who was working there and she tasted those crackers and then throw in the garbage. I want to give zero star for thequality and treatment what I received but since she offered me to change to something else then I asked her to make shawarma.That was just ok taste as chicken taste wasn?t good either. I always liked Lazeez Shawarma but I believe time has come to trysomething else now.
