This is by far the best lazeez location I?ve ever had. I?ve been coming here for years and don?t even live close by. I refuse to... go to any other location because none of them are as good as this one. This is the ORIGINAL Lazeez location and stays the bestone. As for customer service goes, the team there works hard, but to top it off, the brown guy in the glasses goes beyondexpectations, making me the best meal everytime I go. This was my first time visiting as my brother in law mentioned that he loved this place. The taste of the Chicken Shawarma that... I got didn't disappoint me. I loved the texture, freshness and taste of the Shawarma. I also like that they had a small aquariumwhich created a nice ambience. I was one of the first customers when this location opened. I frequented it often and was pleased with the quality of food I got... in the earlier years. Over the past two years though, food quality has gone significantly worse. The chicken is very dry, theybarely put sauce and portions of gone low. Being a long time customer, I can compare the quality they started with versus now.Also, the employees are rude. And seem very miserable. A worker by the name of Peter can get very aggressive in the way hespeaks towards customers. Definitely not a welcoming store as you can see with other reviews. This is the original location, and it shows. The meat is perfectly cooked, the falafel is exactly what you expect, the sauces... are incredible, the staff is friendly. I?ve been coming to this location for around 10 years, and it?s never let me down. I normally order from the "other guys" but they were out of beef shawarma. I tried out Lazeez. Ordered the beef shawarma on the... sticks (fries) in hot with garlic and tahini sauce. Also got a chicken shawarma wrap combo with fries and a drink. The hot hotsauce wasn't hot enough. I will probably go a step up the next time. Did a take out during pandemic. Got the falafel wrap. As usual it was nice. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food. I... believe it used to be much better tasting couple of years ago when the real owner used to be there to actually make the food.It's still not bad by any means. It was spicy as I needed it to be. The poorest customer service ever. Would not recommend. I asked the girl for no sauce. She drowned the salad in this thick... white sauce. I asked to have it remade and they refused So i just left without taking the order. It was not about the moneySir. You were worried about remaking a $17 salad rather than retaining a repeated customer and his family. Let that sink in. Read more
