Have curry chicken roti and doubles, loved their roti wrap which was tender and delicious. It's busy during lunch hours.
We ordered duck curry, shrimp curry and roti wrap. The shrimp curry was salty. The duck curry was also salty and consisted of a... very thick dark kind of chunky paste which was gross. The food is really tasty, but the wait is crazy. Also, not sure if the person packing the food was having a bad day but I had... asked for my food to be packed separately and they put it together. When i asked them to pack it separately, it was like therewas an issue doing so, and it took a long time to do so. Needless to say, I'll come back but plan on ordering ahead and maybeat that time, I can update my review to 5 stars! Read more

Visited for the first time today for lunch. Menu was very affordable and they have daily specials. Ordered their Friday 6 wing... special & an x-hot doubles. Opted for the curry wings of course. Spice level was on point, great flavours and textures. Wingswere saucy and awesome. Overall great place with good service. Total was only like $8 (beer from LCBO). I will be back. Read more
So I got the $16 stew chicken with red beans and macaroni pie and was significantly disappointed. The 2 pieces of chicken bone... I received was drowning in a sea of rice. Not sure what part of Trinidad this pie was from looking so white and unappetizingwith a sprinkle of frozen vegetables on top like that would distract from the lack of golden brown tan present when baked in anyworking oven or under a broiler. I tell you what, NEVER AGAIN! I will stick to the curry goat, doubles or aloo pie deals. Weordered lunch for 3 of us and each of us had a quality issue. The pack of currenc rolls was dry and stale. Monday evening, after a long day of work, I drove 25 mins for the sole intention of eating Roti and Doubles. I arrive at Lena?s,... for the very first time, and am greeted by the lovely staff and beautiful aromas of food. I am ready to MUCK. After placing myorder and only waiting for a brief amount of time, I am given my order. I sit down to eat, and open up the loveliest and warmestportion of roti and doubles. The first bite was an explosion of flavour. Everything was so fresh, and tasty. I?m drooling as Iwrite this review. 10/10 recommend, especially if you?re ready for a food coma. Read more
