This venue, the staff and experience of both planning and the day of was 5 stars! What first sold me on this place was speaking... to Abe. I appreciated how professional and quick he was responding back to me when it came to first seeing the place. Once I methim in person and we spoke about me hosting my baby shower here, I knew I had to book it! The process of planning everything wasso easy and I really thank Abe again for being such a great communicator and always willing to help and make things easier forme if he could! The day of my celebration was beyond my expectations. I?ve been a guest at many halls and it wasn?t anythingspecial, the servers served you, they brought you food and drinks and we called it a day. But at this venue, the staff was onthe absolute ball! I?m in customer service myself and I truly appreciate when there is hard working, real customer service thatgoes over and beyond! Not only did the staff make sure I was always good from asking me if I need water, what drink can I getyou, we are making you a plate of food and bringing it over, to them communicating to me constantly the times they are bringingout the food, when they will clear the food, when they will set up the dessert table etc? they were extremely organized and ontime when they said they were doing something! They also treated my guests with the same regard and my guests mentioned howfriendly and great the staff was as well! I appreciated it so much! The food was great, EVERYONE loved the cheesecake I askedthe hall to make as my dessert, no complaints with the open bar, love the layout and flow of the hall itself, the multipleoptions of decor and so great and convenient, it was everything I needed this venue to be! Another thing about the desserttable, I brought candy to serve to my guests and asked the staff to simply put each candy or chocolate in a bowl and throw sometongs in there and leave it at that! From the very first meeting, he made us feel right at home and accommodated all our wishes andmore! Thank you so much! We had a great & unforgettable experience at Livadia. We rented it for a Formal Bday Party & we couldn't be happier. We booked... this Hall from outside Ontario, & Abe was very understanding & helpful by making himself available to help us coordinateeverything remotely. This is a very beautiful & elegant Hall, is big and you will have it all only for your event. He was verypatient & accommodating with our specific menu & decoration requests. On the day before & the day of the event, he provided uswith lots of help, helping us with the technical requirement for our decoration & also coordinating the deliveries/pick up withthe different suppliers so we could concentrate on other details to have an impeccable event on time. We had the Buffet Menu,everyone loved it, and we're still reminiscing of the exquisite cannelloni. In addition to that, during the event he & the stuffwere very attentive on what the family, kids, the birthday person and guests required to have a more memorable experience(drinks, desserts and lighting special requests & he had also planned for special gestures for the kids & bday person). What a fantastic experience. Abdullah Jan and his staff are extremely friendly and well organized. They made everything very... easy for us. Food was amazing still family and friends are talking about it, the hall is beautiful and very clean. Thank you somuch for turning my daughter?s dream birthday into a reality. I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's first birthday a few weeks ago at Livadia and would highly recommend this venue... to everyone! The venue is clean, updated and absolutely stunning. The 2 levels of space worked out beautifully for my event as Ihad a toddler area on the slightly lower level and a childrens play area on the slightly upper level. There is a great deal ofnatural sunlight which was nice for my day event. The hall and washrooms were kept clean by the staff throughout the entireevent. The food was fresh, abundant, delicious and each dish was cooked to perfection. I had a custom menu to accommodate bothour older (adult) and younger (toddler) guests. I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Abdullah and his friendly andprofessional staff. He was incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable, made the process of planning the event very smoothand I thank him for his time and dedication to ensuring all the little details weren't missed. His professionalism andhospitality not only extended to my guests, but also to the vendors I hired for decor and the play areas. He truly went aboveand beyond! This is, by far, the most exceptional service I have received in the event industry. This experience is unmatched.The quality of food and service sets them apart from any other venue I have been to in the GTA. I look forward to hosting moreevents at Livadia in the near future. My wife hosted a surprise 30th birthday party for me at Livadia. The party was casino themed and the hall was absolutely perfect... for the occasion. My wife was extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism from the owners/Hall Managementthroughout the process. They were flexible and extremely accommodating, couldn't say enough great things about the experience.We catered the food using their in-house vendor and it was incredibly tasty and fresh, the guests all gave us complements on thefood. The LED lights and the upscale bar were the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing abanquet for events! Read more
