I had a very pleasent experience today with my order, which is ironic because their system for mobile orders wasn't working... properly. But the way they handled the situation was truly lovely. Everyone was busy but still, two girls and the manager lookedinto the situation and eventually they found the order after it was placed a second time. I did have to wait around half an hourbut they compensated us very well (so many extra items to make up for the inconvenience!). This place was crowded when we went here. Mcdonuts were mostly finished. Though there was a crew cleaning the dining area but... still cleanliness was not that great. There were too many crew when we visited but It still took 9 minutes and forever to getmy apple pie order. Poorly managed!!! Read more

This is the third review I've done on this particular location. I don't know why I keep going back. Probably because I like... McDonald's but the service is brutal. I have yet to receive a takeout or drive through order that was correct... EVER! What arethe chances of that? Generally I will give a location the opportunity to redeem itself just by going there and contributing myreviews but it seems that the service is not getting better. Obviously this location does not look to improve itself in any wayshape or form. I will likely not be going to this location anymore and drive the extra kilometers to another one. I hope someonefrom McDonald's management is reading this because myself and my family is your target group. Read more
One word "DISGUSTING" . I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A MCDONALD'S SO NASTY IN MY LIFE. FLOORS ALL STICKY, GARBAGE OVER FLOW THAT PEOPLE... WERE JUST LEAVING THEM ON THE FLOOR , DRINKS AREA WAS SO DIRTY AND THE FACT YOU HAVE SO MANY WORKERS THAT NOT EVEN ONE COULDCLEAN THE TABLE AND CHAIRS.. Ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee, and I could not push the straw fully through the lid . It did not take long to get to the... bottom and investigate the problem. See attached picture. Not the first time been served too much ICE. Read more
