Well, sorry, I've never been to an mc Donald's like this location. I ordered one happy meal, one fish o fleet, and one Big Mac... with fries and poutine. And the poutine was uncooked and unprepared; on top of that, they forgot my fries to pack. A bunch ofyoungsters looks like without proper training hired there. Don't know if there's any supervisor or manager on duty. I wish cangive them -0 star. Anyways ut could be my worst experience not y'all but I won't go to this location ever again. Came inside to order two lattes at 10:10 am with no one in line. It is now 10:27 am and still no lattes and the place is getting... every order wrong. This place needs some serious retraining. And the manager doesn?t even care. I let her know about my lattesand she just walked away for another 5 minutes. Looks like the manager forgot about me again. DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLESERVICE. Do not ever order anything for delivery from this restaurant. You need to be there physically to make sure you get the correct... items. Multiple times I have ordered breakfast and were just given whatever random sandwich they had lying around. Read more
My delivery courier waited outside for 30 mins on a small order at this restaurant. They should assess their delivery system,... staffing or whatever it is that?s causing problems downstream. It?s not fair for a driver to lose out on compensation due to therestaurants poor management. It?s also poor experience for a customer like myself to wait 1 hour to get McDonald?s delivered todoor. I order a ice coffee and two pic donuts at Macdonald mobile App at 10:48am July 11,2022 I choose front pickup. Around 10... minutes I went inside to pick up my order. I only receive my coffee, then I ask the lady who give me coffee , where is mydonuts, the lady told me she only make coffee , the donuts need ask the lady who do the cashier, when I try to ask another ladybut the lady walk away. Also the lady who give me coffee walk away too, I don't want give those lazy workers any stars (thosetwo Indian lady work very slow feel like take vacation at McDonald) then I see a lady dressed different uniform than other, Ithink that's supervise or manager, she check my offer give me right way, this lady run between drive thur and front and pack thefood , it look like she is running her own business. it's hard worker. Aside from being the slowest location to prepare food ( expect to sit in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes when there are... no other customers in line), they also often manage to get the order incorrect or are very sloppy in the preparation. This isthe second time I?ve gotten a plain bagel toasted with butter and I?ve opened the item to have pools of excessive butter on andin the packaging, making it not even edible. Read more
Worst McDonalds location. I live nearby and always the drive thru order is wrong and had to come back many times to change it.... The attitude of the staff is rude and doesn't care about customer service. The MacDonald doesn't care about its service I guess. Read more
