I LOVE this place but I only wish their burger buns weren?t so small. The impossible patty hangs out and at the end of my burger... all I have left is a strip of patty with no bun. Please consider making them or buying them bigger? That would be amazing. Read more

i ordered the crispy chicken burger from here. customer service was very pleasant and i took it to go? i?ve now taken one bite... of the sandwich and immediately noticed a blond/light brown hair wedged into it (it?s literally difficult to pull out) i don?t even remember the girls working having that hair colour so i?m not even sure what that?s about. i?m very upset. you charge toomuch to be having these types of unsanitary issues. get them hair nets this is nasty? and i?m not interested in the copy andpaste feedback response message i?m seeing under every complaint. No more fresh beef burgers? I just got served an oily frozen burger from Costco for $15. Lol Update: Please look at my reviews... from a few years ago, I gave the Waterloo location 5 stars with a great review. Clearly since you have franchised it hasseverely gone down hill. The cheapest ingredients, the lowest cost employees and you will be forgotten. I literally got to see achain come and now will go. I ordered their Philly steak sandwich and their chicken sandwich, I thought that there will be too much food but their portions... are actually smaller than what I thought it would be. I like how they give you a lot of different topping customizations andthere's a lot of choices for the sauce too. If I could change anything I would just say that the toppings are not as generous asI hoped, but overall it tastes pretty good. Read more
