I used to love this store. Me and my friends would always come here during lunch time because the drinks were really good and... they were made really fast. This was back in June. Today i went to get brown sugar milk tea boba with oat milk and tapioca likeI usually do and the lady told us that the tapioca would take 30 mins to cook which i was okay with. When the 30 mins passed, wereturned to go take our drinks. The tapioca had still not been made and the lady was making drinks of people that came thereafter us. When the tapioca was made she CONTINUED to make the drinks for the people after us. She gave me and my friend thedrinks and then she realized that she forgot to make mine with oat milk (im lactose intolerant) and then asked me if I wantedher to remake it which would?ve probably taken another 15 mins so i said no and just asked for the money that i payed for theoat milk back. when me and my friends left we realized that she had put up a sign that said ?20% off for students who buy drinksin September?. Me and my friends didnt get those 20% off. And on top of that we were late to class because in total it took 45mins. Read more

Its a cute little smoothie/milkshake/ bubble tea shop in streetsville!

Probably should have read the review of the peach milk tea before buying it ????????it?s my third purchase here, and other... drinks (brown sugar oat milk tea, mango smoothie) have been quite nice but will also agree that the peach milk tea (with oatmilk) is a miss ???? That being said, it?s a super cute store in a great location. The staff have been always pleasant and superquick in terms or service. They?re expanding their food options, which I have not experienced, but I hope they?ll be great asthe team! Not much seating but with the summer months coming there is plenty of places to sit and sip in theneighbourhood???? Their packaging is very cute and make for great photos, if not for a laugh! Nice cute spot for bubble and ice cream/sorbet in the Streetsville area! There wasn?t many seating spots (around 7 chairs). The... service was great - very friendly and accommodating to our big group. I tried the Mo?Cha two guys (milk tea with tapioca andgrass jelly). The drink was good (however there was a bit of an aftertaste in the grass jelly). If you don?t like your drinkstoo sweet make sure to adjust the sugar levels as my friend got the caramel smoothie and it was very sweet with 100% sugar. Thesealing of the bbt cups are also very cute! We had the most amazing experience. Chris & Tea Manager work with us to get all our drinks for the party guest. They even added... some extra perk to make our experience a memorable one. Tried this shop today and the quality of the bubble tea are pretty good. If you're looking for some new varieties of bubble tea... I would recommend this place. I had the mango lassie which is a yogurt drink, and I like their mango toppings. It may not be asstrong as a traditional Indian dessert place but they had their own twist on the drink. I tried their seasonal oreo milkshakeas well, and it was very creamy and rich. Unlike a traditional milkshake it wasn't overwhelming.
