I would give negative stars if I could. Do not eat here - Not recommended at all, especially not for those with any common diet... restrictions (vegetarian, etc). They don't allow for any removal of certain items, no meatless options, even though they could.Extremely rude staff - when asked to substitute ham for something else, the response was "what would you like?" I asked forcheese, immediately followed by "we don't do any substitutions" -- what?? So essentially I would have to pay over $20 for asandwich I can't eat. It's a shame they are the only place open on this end of the airport at this hour. Do better, Nobel. Yourstaff's behaviour is disgusting. Read more
Do not eat here. They claimed on their electronic menu they had Grand Marnier, they didn't, but because they said it was on the... menu, I ordered a margarita $35.00+$15.00 for the Grand Marnier. I ordered what I thought was a cheeseburger on their touchscreen menu, well the veggie burger was right above it and apparently my finger captured the veggie burger and not thehamburger. They refused to provide me with what I actually intended to order. Between my husband's order and my order we paid$120.00. service is very bad and if you make a mistake using their electronic ordering system, you are out a pretty penny. Steerclear. Read more
Our first ever visit and our first ever 1-star review. Service was poor, and the sandwiches were not worth the $37.00 we paid.... Any questions on how to use the iPad ordering system were met with eye rolls. Hard stale buns aren?t worth the visit. Save yourmoney, go anywhere else. Only good thing is they have music to drown out the how sad you?ll be after eating here. Read more
Wish I would?ve read reviews before settling on having dinner here. Did a ?build your own burger? for $16, however every topping... seems to add an additional $2+ to the price. Paid $2.19 for guacamole, and received MAYBE a teaspoon on top. Honestly the amountmade me truly laugh out loud. Not sure how but both the top and bottom bun were completely soggy from burger grease, so I had toditch both in order to eat. Will never be eating here again. Read more
Well, it wasn't the WORST burger I ever had. Value for money? Not so much. Expensive beer in a plastic cup? Check $7 frozen... fries where you can really taste the freezer? Check Kind of grimy tables? Check Why can't Pearson strive to be a betterairport?!? Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE! This was possibly the worst restaurant experience I can recall. Not only was it overpriced in the extreme... ($130 for burgers for 5 that were ultimately delivered in styrofoam containers after we waited an hour for them as we rushed toboard our plane), but the burgers were not even good. Okay, I get that they were probably understaffed but this is no excuse. As promising as their menu pictures look, they are not remotely accurate. Just avoid it. Read more
Was hungry and had nowhere to eat. Ordered the fish and chips, price was on par with a lot of Resturant?s and maybe $2-3 more... but the quality was low. Would not eat here again. Fries was cold and tasted cheap. Read more
I don?t leave reviews but this was pretty bad. My meal was $40. They served me a tiny burger on Great Value style bread. The... burger itself was $19 and the smallest serving of unseasoned fries was $6. I got a ginger ale which was $5. The purpose of theextra star is the food wasn?t actively bad. But it is way overpriced. If it was half the price, it would be fine. Read more
