I ordered Falafel from them, it was the worst falafel i ever had in my life, it was rotten and falafel was smelling really bad,... i feel like they are serving expired food. They need to upgrade their food making standard. It?s not even first time, I orderedcaesar salad from them about a month ago and they made me pay like $8 just for lettuce. I actually like Osmows and under any other circumstance I would rate them a 5 but I ordered their Beyond Meat on the rocks and... was really disappointed. It definitely was not Beyond Meat, probably some other cheap tasteless vegan meat substitute. It mayhave helped if they seasoned it and cooked it a bit more, but they didn't really put any effort into preparing it. If your notgoing to make it well, don't make it at all and charge people. I was so excited to receive this order as I have heard great things about this place. Take it from me, unless you want sloppy,... soggy, inconsistent and massively over spiced food, DO NOT order from here. I was beyond disappointed with our entire order,starting with this order of what is supposed to be a tabbouleh salad but as you can see from the picture this is really just anonion salad, that was doused with lemon juice. I ordered my daughter a chicken shawarma wrap and specifically asked for littlespice. The wrap came heavily packed, falling apart and soggy and was so spicy she couldn?t even eat it. My husband and I bothordered the beyond meat wraps and I wish I had taken a photo or two before I threw them both in the garbage. They were fallingapart, soggy and had so much seasoning and sauce that they were not even edible. The description says deliciously seasonedbeyond meat topped with Osmos signature sauces, however the meat mixture was soggy and almost soup like with so much sauce whichwas so overpowering it made the wrap inedible. It was just a soggy wet mess. The description does not say it comes like achilli, but that?s exactly what it was but with so much spice and hot sauce we couldn?t even eat them. I?m beyond angry at howexpensive this entire meal was only for us to not be able to enjoy and eat any of it and I will NEVER order from here again.What an utter failure and total disappointment. Extremely disappointed by the amount of garlic and tahini sauce they put, and then so much hot sauce that it becomes impossible... for you to eat? Very bad experience comparing it to the other locations!! Read more
Delicious food at reasonable prices - the menu selection is standard and there is ample seating, should you choose to dine-in at... this location. Service is relatively quick, and the employees are more than happy to suggest combos or add-ons to your meal.Worth stopping by for your shawarma and/or on-the-rox fix if you're in the area! Read more
Quite possibly the best shwarma I had in Canada. Tried their lamb and Philly chicken. Both were great, portions were good... (better be as the price is a bit more than usual Shwarma places) and definitely very well made and rolled. To top it off, myfavourite part was that they have a proper PROPER hot sauce called ?scorching? sauce. It IS hot (and not the usual Canadianextreme hot sauce that?s far from extreme, tastes like chilli in vinegar) - this has proper heat, and more importantly, it has abeautiful flavour! Hot sauces should taste great, should have a balance of heat, tang and slight sweetness - this one had it. Iused this sauce on the lamb and it was perfect!
