Went for lunch and ordered a Pick 2 (Chipotle Chicken Sandwich & Asian Sesame Salad) in addition to a French Onion Soup. The... staff was kind enough to ask me which one I wanted to pack when I mentioned I was going to take one of them to go. When I hadtrouble deciding which soup to pick, the staff was also happy to provide their recommendations and I was pleased with the choicethat they picked. I did remove one star because they ran out of lettuce (which I understand was out of their control but thespring mix was meh). Otherwise, the food was good and satisfied my hunger at the time. Delicious! The mac n cheese always slaps. And truly I crave this salad, it?s so good.
I gave panera another chance when I saw the promoted ad on delivery orders, and I will not be coming back. No wonder they had to... pay for people to see them on the app versus their own merits. For the price I paid and the portions received it wasdisappointing. Best part is the pictures of salad, they're beautiful big plates. Once you click in, the price is minimum $7-10for A HALF SALAD. For the price, I thought the size can't be too bad, boy was I wrong. Their large soup was smaller than TimHortons large container and cost probably double. Baguette didn't even come with butter, but I got a plastic knife though, notimpressed overall and not worth the money. Read more
Simply love the broccoli cheddar soup and the Baja bowl. It's not to fancy. Just the right fill and ample space for a relaxed... dine in . And yes food is never beyond 10-15 min. It's a self serve. Read more
Rudest customer service. It was our first time at panera bread & we asked the cashier to recommend something. We specified we... wanted a hot sandwich cuz she asked us if we want hot or cold. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the cashierrecommended the BLT for my friend and she said ok. We didn?t double check if the BLT was hot or cold cuz we had alreadymentioned we wanted a hot sandwich to the cashier. When our food came my friend was disappointed that her food was a coldsandwich instead of hot. So I politely went and told the Asian girl with short black hair who was cooking if they can heat it &she said they can?t take it back to reheat it cuz it?s already been sent out but thr is a microwave. I understood why theycouldn?t take it back and was so polite and kind I didn?t blame the cashier I took fault and said sorry we should have checkedbut she wanted a hot sandwich is thr any way u can replace this with a different kind? She called her manager and they bothstarted to humiliate me & made me feel bad & stupid that I am wasting food for them when I was just politely requestingsomething & apologizing that we didn?t double check & When I saw they were being rude for no reason I even said if u can?t it?sreally ok not a problem I?ll take this. But the manager rudely took the plate and threw the food out and loudly said ?why don?twe just waste some food today!!!!? I was so appalled that grown women behave and talk like this to customers I was flabbergastednot to mention humiliated. She didn?t even make a different hot sandwich like I requested she just made a BLT again but hotwhich we could have reheated at home so since they were being so rude they didn?t have time to really hear what the request was.I felt all that was pointless and being it was OUR FIRST TIME THERE they could have been more polite abt the situation butregardless in no circumstances should u speak to customers that way! Last visit was on a weekday afternoon for lunch this week. There was only one cashier working so the line was slow. And although... it's warm now, the patio furniture was not set up yet. So only indoor dining was available which is disappointing during wave 6of the pandemic here. Food was good. But just not enough staff at check-out and no outdoor seating. Read more

I was here for a sit down catch up, and we all know with those you don?t have to get something heavy because your not staying... long. I got a Caesar salad with spring mix since they ran out of lettuce, which was even better b/c I enjoy spring mix, and thegreen passion smoothie- mind you it?s been days since my last visit and I surprisingly remember the name of the smoothie. Iappreciate the substitute option they gave me when something ran out. I?d never dined in a panera bread and really enjoyed thisexperience. I can 100% see myself and friends coming back.
