I came to this location on November 29th. I ordered a sandwich and a croissant for a takeout. Once I got outside and opened my... bag, my sandwich was there but not my croissant. I went back and told them they forgot to give me the croissant. They looked atmy receipt and handed me the croissant without apologizing. I am not mad, the staff forgot to give my croissant... I am mad thestaff did not bother to apologize for the location mistake. What kind of customer service is this? You forgot one of thecustomer order and did not say sorry. Read more

The food was delicious and the service was great. The food was prepared relatively fast and was accurate. The tables were dirty... but cleaned and sanitized before we can use it. No complaints; would definitely visit again. Read more

Don't buy any bread from this store at all. I bought two breads (white whole grain bread + pecan braid) this morning. I and my... wife ate them and fount that they were actually made a few days ago. They didn't have any softness at all. I bought the sameones from the Square One store last week and it was so different one. Is your store Panera BREAD? How can you sell a bread thatis not made the same day? Your bread today was nothing better than a cheap bread sold in the grocery store (even worse thanthat). So disappointed. Read more

Ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and an autumn squash soup. Autumn squash soup was delicious - really hit the spot on... a cold day. Sandwich was decent. Personally don't see the value for money at Panera ($16 for a pick two combo of a half sandwichand a small soup seems expensive). Since my partner and I were both ordering the same thing, we just ordered one full sandwichand one bowl of soup and it came out $7 cheaper than 2 pick twos. Read more

Service is good for a fast-food place. My only objection is that none of the cutlery provided is recyclable or biodegradable.... The cups would have to go to landfill, no option of using in-house ceramic cup. The bowls are same thing, the utensils. The onlything that biodegrade are the tissues. I was prepared getting my own containers but I still couldn't get a zero wasteexperience. We're dealing with climate change so I think this practice of convenience has to change! Read more

One of the worst experiences! We ordered food at 7:30 pm and every 5 mins someone came to the table and told to finish dinner by... 8 pm. And food order was incorrectly delivered. The waiter watched us still eating and asking if we?re all done and if he canclear the table! They closed the exit door at 7:55 pm and asked us to leave through the back door. Why do they have to keep itopen till if they don?t want to give good experience till 8 pm? Don?t bother going in if it is after 7 pm. Read more

If I could rate at zero would do. Location was busy however not at capacity. Tables, and over-all cleanliness was... dispointing. Food sat getting cold because server was calling out that food was ready for Coy. Cory ate his disappointing cheesesteak with cheese (that he requested without onions by the way). He's is vomiting as we speak, as I guess his onion allergy ishis imagination. My soup was really good but even my grill cheese was two pieces of dry bread with burnt so called cheese in themiddle. So disappointed as I have not been in the area in awhile. Gone down hill. Bathrooms were scary considering how consciouseveryone is about hand washing and hygiene. Read more

Went there pre Covid to dine in. It was good. Went last week and they only had a few muffins and cookies. Had only light roast... coffee, the time we waited, a fresh pot of regular roast could've been made. The sandwiches were ok. They have a flat breadpizza that looks delicious. Something I would try next time. The staff in the kitchen looked like they could be elsewhere. Read more
