Save your money and avoid this piece of garbage. I took their daily specials for Wednesday which was Chicken on Rice. This... restaurant claims to be the flavours of middle east but the rice was just plain bland basmati rice. Also they do not serve thefood with any toppings so no lettuce or tomatoes allowed. And guess how much it costs $11. You are better off visiting the storein the plaza right next to it. You will end up getting the real taste of Middle East and much better food quality. (choice of white or saffron), their awesome garlic potatoes, a spoon each of hummus + garlic sauce (they added hummus on myinsistence) , and assorted veggies (lettuce, tomato onions, pickles, but charged .25p extra for olives ????) . Really impressed by the customer service, the staff treated my meal as though it was artwork, and delicately assembled the new... Shawarma Burger (amazing value btw) while asking me questions for what to add and making suggestions in sauce. From all Pitaland location, this is the best one so far. I work nearby and often order via Uber eats but just visited the place.... The customer service was extraordinary and so was the taste. The guy there was really polite. While paying he didn?t even gaveme option to tip. I really wanted to. Even while I was dining, he asked me if I want anything. This is really great place tohave shawarma. Osmows chicken is too fatty, so i prefer these guys over any other shawarma place. Read more
