Jaspereet was very nice, he even helped me carry all the pizzas to my car. I love this location.
Had a few good experiences here so decided to come back. Ordered 4 pizzas, one with extra cheese. Pizzas barely had any cheese,... and the "extra cheese" had even less than normal pizza. Location first said "come back we'll make a new one" (after 5min), thenoffered a $5 credit for a $9.50 pizza ($7 + $2.50 extra cheese). Most locations will at least offer a credit for the pizza, butgiven the reviews it seems to be a regular thing and my last few visits were just fluke and not the norm at this location. Picsattached. The Meat/Veggies (Super Supreme, first three pics) was supposed to have extra cheese. Veggie Lovers (4th pic) and MeatLovers (5th pic) were supposed to have regular. The reviews saying the cheese doesn't even make it to the crust are veryaccurate. Go elsewhere if you want a good experience, especially if you have company over. Read more
Some of the best pizza we've had so far and we've tried so many different places. The crust and sauce of pizza hut is unbeatable... and it stays fresh for so long. We got 2 pizzas to go which were ready to pick up on time and the customer service at thislocation was also excellent. The pizzas themselves were delicious with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The crust wascrispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. This is the only pizza where the crust is just as good, if not betterthan the toppings. Highly recommend it to everyone. Read more
Ordered pizza at 5 on a Tuesday evening. It?s almost 7. No sign of the pizza. No way to Track your delivery. Order was cancelled... as head office could not reach the store. Fast forward 9 days later. they never credited by credit card for the pizza that wasnever delivered. They ?forgot?. Buyer beware. Read more
The worst Pizza Hut experience in 40 years. This location gives Pizza Hut a bad name and a misrepresentation of the franchise. ... A large super supreme pizza with stuffed crust was dry, cold, barely any toppings and was tasteless, daylight robbery to takeour money and offer us rubbish. Very disappointed and we won?t be going back. Not sure where we can get a authentic supersupreme now. Zero stars for Pizza Hut on Fowler Drive, shame on you for giving this company a poor reputation? also your staffcannot communicate very well, very very poor service. $31.06 well wasted, it?s criminal. We feel so cheated. I hope headoffice will look into this location, I have made a complaint online with Pizza Hut customer service. This definitely needsfixing. SOS ? such a tragedy that they can carry on this way under your brand name. Excellent customer service fast delivery and now it became our weekly favorite meal cause of the 10$ pizza deal. It's super... buttery taste. The General Manager was friendly and accommodated our need with our order. He really excellence in his service today. Read more
I usually like pizza hut but the pizza I got yesterday was the new stuffed crust pizza. The cheese stuffing was just on the ends... of the crust which was very disappointing. I'd rather get extra cheese instead of doing a stuffed crust. Moreover, the crust wasvery thin and soggy. It was not what I expect from pizza hut. Read more
I ordered two personal pan veggie pizza also paid for extra cheese. When I got my pizza the cheese on both the pizzas was way... less then regular pizza however the worker did accept the fault and she said she will make new pizza. They didn?t even botheredthat I paid for extra cheese. I didn?t had time as I had to go back to work. This happened to me three time in the last twoweeks. This location they are always like this.
