I couldn't give zero star this is the worst location i have ever been to. Lady who is taking order really has some issues. Never... talk politely never answer politely. There whole staff is the worst. They even put washroom is out of order at 8 o'clock. Thestaff is definitely racist they started shouting to us when one of my friend asked for parmesan cheese on top she said she didntlike his attitude. Been coming here for years. even after I moved out if the area, I have had pizza from other Pizza Novas and the quality and... taste was not the same. Franchises should be the same, but this place always has the right amount of toppings and sauce, thecrust is perfect and everything taste fresh. Customer service is a 10/10!!!! Mary at the front is the absolute sweetest. My second time ordering from here and I was greeted... when walking through the door with a ?Addy! It?s nice to see you!? Hey family, Here?s my honest review of my many visits to Pizza Nova located at 3417 Derry Rd E, Malton ON,. I?ve made many... visits to this location and I wanted to share my personal experiences with you below: Location: 1 star So this is where thislocation wins with no other Pizza Novas close by. Yes there are plenty of Pizza options but this location serves the communityat the very busy intersection of Derry & Gorway. The plaza has many entrances and there is plenty of free parking. Staffing: 1star When you enter the business and depending how busy it is you may be greeted right away or it sometimes takes a couple ofminutes for them to serve you as they are always busy. I?ve been reading some of the complaints of other reviewers but have hadnothing but a positive experience. The owners are nice and sometimes serve the guests. No complaints here on staffing. Food: 1star This location always serves fresh, hot and nicely prepared pizzas. Drinks are also available for purchase. All of yourfavourite Pizza Nova dishes are served here and Pizza Nova continues to be one of my favourite ?fast food? pizza chains outthere. Service: 1 star If you call ahead and order there is usually never an issue with the service. Walk-ins are alwayswelcome and we usually leave within 15-20 minutes of picking up a walk-in special. I?ve visited this location almost 20+ timesand only had an issue once, which was an understandable ?mess up?. I did notice though one time it was very busy and theystruggled to keep up with orders. First time ordering from this store and it It will be the last time. Worst customer service ever. The franchise owner didn?t... even know the product that she was selling. We?re asking her about a new product that she had up on the wall and asked what kindof meat it was. She didn?t even know what it was and said to us I don?t know, it?s some kind of meat. My wife asked for somehot sauce and she turned around to my wife and said I don?t have any containers So my wife asked if she could put some on theplate and the owner said that she doesn?t wanna put it on the plate because it?s too expensive and she might put too much onit. Other customers that where there had issues with her as well. Also she was out of several items/toppings that we asked for..Maybe pizza nova head office should have a course on how to properly deal with customers and lessons on good customerservice.
