My first time here honestly and most likely my last . The old Asian guy on the cashier was super rude idk if he was having a bad... day or something but the way he was taking the order ! Really disrespectful and rude . They should be nice especially when theyare taking the other cuz obviously you need a second to think what you wanna buy I mean I needed a minute before I can order andwhen I did made my mind on what I wanted to get it was ruin by the cashier. This store should be closed. Went to pick up my pizza and the employee literally threw pizza in front of me on counter. I was... shocked to see him and he didn?t even apologize for disrespecting me and my food when I asked why he did that. Filed a formalcomplaint with Pizza Pizza for this store. If he is handling pizza in front of customer like this. I cannot imagine what goeson at back end. Read more

I had one of the best cauliflower pizza of my life at that time. Since then I have made this my preferred location of Pizza... Pizza. I did order, in the past, from this location via Uber Eats as well many times and the pizza we received was always topquality. Just not sure why most of the other Pizza Pizza locations in Peel region, can't make pizzas like this location! On ourvisit we met Phillip, one of the staff members we met in this location, who gave us tips as well while placing the order. He wasvery genuine with his suggestions. He very righteously said 'You need a BIG heart to make a Great Pizza!' and trust me themanagement at this location fully support and make sure of it! 5-stars to the management as well. I popped into this location last night after doing some shopping. I hadn't eaten Pizza Pizza in years as it didn't agree with... my tummy, but I decided to try the cauliflower crust this time. I asked questions when I arrived, as I wanted eith gluten-freeor the cauliflower crust. After being informed, I choose the cauliflower crust with a bit more cooking (as it can be a bit softwith regular cooking). It was so yummy I ended up eating a but more than I anticipated. And today I've had some more for lunch(not even warmed up) and it's still very good. Overall I really appreciated the time the gentleman spent answering questionsand suggestions he made. As a regular pizza pizza fan, are usually stick with similar choices every time. Sometimes the pizza is super fresh and... sometimes it?s tough and dry. This particular location, the pizza was obviously sitting in the glass case for quite some time.One of my slices was nice and fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the other slice I ended up throwing half away becausethe crust was so hard. Read more
I live down the street from here and I have never had a bad pizza from this location, it puts other pizza pizza locations to... shame. They are also not stingy on toppings like other pizza places. The staff are very friendly as well. Every time I do awalk-in order, it's always a great, quick experience with a very satisfying pie. Read more
