My son was sick, he didn?t eat anything at home made food , he want to eat pizza, that why I order the pizza at 10 pm. I ordered... the pizza with other location, due to the renovation at the store they transferred the order to this location. When I came tothis pizza store, the girl at the store said that they didn?t receive any order for me. I asked her to take new order, so that Ican get my pizza , since it?s late night at 11:00 pm. She said wait , went back of the store , came after 10 mins, never tookthe order and didn?t try to help me as a customer to fix the issue. I was on phone with pizza pizza customer service , they kepttelling they sent the order to this store and also they talked with the girl for few mins to explain. Overall the time wentfast, no pizza order taken, I disconnect the customer service call and talk to the girl about why she didn?t take my order, shewas literally rude to me, even though I bought the single slice ( ready made dried pizza ) since I wed to feed my son. Left thestore with frustration and helpless and disrespectful and disappointed. When I went home , my son slept already. Waste of timeand money and effort. I highly recommend the owner , please have the staff trained to help the customer and good customerservice manner. Read more

I chose pesto sauce pizza . I couldn't taste the sauce on the pizza .pizza was blunt I took the pizza back to the store. They... argued that no we can see pesto sauce . It is not my first order I order same stuff in repeat mode so I know how it tastes. Atlast they were okay to make a new one saying it is not their problem it is vendor who provide such sauce. I wonder how come theyblame it to customer that it is not their problem . They should own the pizza quality coming out of their oven . I made the unfortunate choice to trust pizza pizza for my choice of dinner tonight. One of the worst decisions ever. If it was... possible to give negative stars- I definitely would because this location deserves it. I place the occasional order here andthere and always ask them not to burn the pizza. They rarely clean their oven which is what results in getting a burnt pizza-ALWAYS (mentioned this 7 months ago and it?s still true!). The pizza I got has black spots on it, is clearly more well done thanI had asked for and looks absolutely disgusting. Truly never gonna consider pizza pizza as a choice ever again. My son loves Pizza, but we got this so much disappointment, who?s mother will feed to this kind of Pizza as you can see I took... out the out of ages mushrooms knowing how old it is so dark and still not properly cook, the chicken you can still taste thefrozen taste. Terrible cutting. The dough thick like into small size of pizza com?on..!! It?s a good thing we order some sweetpotato. So disappointed and maybe not getting it anymore or go some other store.
