Extreme lack of professionalism.. went to pick up my order, employee tries to tell me that a guy with the exact same name and... toppings picked up my order.. I usually order in Pizzaiolo close to Lakeshore and Port credit. I just found they are closed. I called this shop by thinking it... was the same shop where I ordere previously as they share Lakeshore W as street name. Nevertheless, I went in and paid for Capripizza. After that when I opened I found slices are looking bad textured and toppings were leaking. Shop owner said it is due topesto sauce which is totally unacceptable. I've ordered from this location a couple of times and I must say I'm very disappointed in the quality of their pizza. We are... not far from there location being at LP road and Lakeshore but every time our pizza arrives it is very cold !!. I wrotePizzaiolo about the experience of cold pizza, and non adding of double cheese to our last two orders. They asked I send them acopy of my receipt. I forwarded the online receipt but nothing transpired. Its only 2 pizzas but now I have to try and find aQUALITY pizza place close to me. Read more
Ordered a pesto base pizza, the pizza arrived chewy and dry. This went straight into the trash, my dog wouldn?t even eat... it... The pizza dough here must be over-proofed, I recommend better quality control to owners. Your better off buying pizza fromone of the other local places in the neighbourhood until this apparent reoccurring issue is resolved. Read more
