Disappointing service. We were told that food will be served in 5 minutes. But in fact it took 30 minutes. The staff had no idea... about when will the food be ready. First they said nuggets are not ready then another server said the burgers are not ready. Ifthe kitchen was taking time they should not have communicated 5 minutes. We ordered 2 burgers, chicken nuggets, biscuits andfries all of which were served 25 minutes late. Don?t recommend going to this joint. Read more

Customer service is super great at this location. A girl named Hupender(i guess) she was super nice, great customer service, how... she dealt with angry customers was great to see. Went to this place couple of times. Probably you will be requested to wait for 20 mins for the food preparation to be complete.... Washrooms are decent. Good number of tables for various group sizes. You will need to mention the food is for dine-in if youwant the food to be properly served to you nicely in a plate or else expect all the items packed into a single box. On July 27 at 12 am, I had ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwhich combo at this location through Skip, and they gave me a chicken... breast with the bones still intact in the sandwhich. Is this supposed to be a joke? Please speak to your employees to practicebetter care into your customers orders. This was our first order with Popeyes and we got it delivered. Crispy chicken was tender and taste good. Burger was good in... taste as well. Red beans and rice was yum too. Food was not that well packed as we got ( you can see the burger in my pics)Should have used a small box. Quantity of onion rings was very less for the price. ( it was the meal combo).
