Good halal Hakka restaurant with plenty of sitting space. The restaurant was clean and the service was efficient but they seemed... rushed. The food is fairly priced for the size of portions they serve and it tastes good as well. They have one of the best hotand sour soups in town. The Fried Rice and Manchurian chicken was really good as well. We could have done without the noodlesthough. Will return to try other things. Read more

One of the best place in town for some authentic Indo-Chinese food. I have been going to this place consistently since last... couple of months and it never fails to impress. Make sure you reserve in advance for the weekends. Taste 5/5 Quantity 5/5 Read more

Food portions are huge, and quite flavourful. I only ate in once and service was okay, friendly, but not as present as one... might hope, once we had our food we never saw the server again until we asked for the bill. I've ordered a few times thoughuber and the portions and flavor remains great, we always end up with leftovers for many meals. Read more

I came here after several years. They have changed how they take orders. You need to scan QR to read menu and then write you... order on a card they provide you. Taste was good, we did not have to wait much to be served food. I liked the Paneer Sizzler. All ingredients were fresh. Read more

Halal restaurant. I've been to many Hakma restaurants but this experiences stands separate from all other experiences. Generally... when you eat Hakka, the mouth turns dry as a bone for days because of all the MSG the restaurants put in - but in case of RoyalJasmine, that was not the case. Also, the quality and standard of meat was top notch. Some of the items I highly recommendare: House Tiger Shrimp, Fish Chilly Gravy and Manchurian. Read more

Went for lunch today. Ordered Hot and Sour soup, Fish Pakora, chicken Manchurian and Hakka vegetable noodle. Soup and Fish... Pakora was very good, noodle good and Manchurian not good at all. Manchurian doesn?t look and taste like one. Service was goodand place looks clean. Credit card not accepted, which is surprising. Cost is on higher side. Paid $70 for the items mentionedabove. No drinks ordered. Read more

One of my friends recommended the place so we ventured on Friday Jan 28. We placed the order for pick up. On reaching the place,... we learnt that they don?t accept credit cards And only local Canadian Debit cards which was very absurd. I asked them aboutnearby ATM and they had no clues. So did a Google search and drive about 3 km to withdraw cash. After 20 mins, came back tofetch the order, the order was all spread out of the plastic and seeing me back in the restaurant they weren?t too happyprobably for reasons best known to them, although I do have a clue!! They hurriedly gathered all the boxes back to kitchen andafter 4-5 mins a guy came back with boxes. On reaching home, we didn?t even reheat the food as it was quite late in midst ofback and forth and started with the meal. In all honesty the food was good although I had no hopes after receiving a patheticservice at the hands of the front desk. The Hakka noodles were very nice. So was the garlic and chilli chicken. The fried ricewere a bit dry but edible. The main issue was the veg manchurian which was over done and very dry. It came as a shock andcouldn?t be eaten as it was way too dry even for a snack. I would like to give them a 3,5 ?? for the overall experience. Thiswould have been atleast a 4,5 incase this wouldn?t have been an ordeal for me. I will recommend them but in the same token wouldexpect them to change their payment modes/methods. Read more

The hakka food was decent, except that they put in too much salt in one of the dishes. I liked the chicken drumsticks and the... soup which were the best part of the cuisine. The quantity is pretty good and wholesome. They would actually give you a pen anda paper to write down your order and then give it to them. Not the usual way of order taking. So, you need to decide theappetizers and entree items together and jot it down. This protocol might be due to Covid. Also, they do not accept creditcards which was a minor incovenience to us. Also, they deducted 15% of gratuity from our bill even though there were just 5 ofus. Otherwise, it is quite a welcoming environment. P.S. Enjoy the pics ???? Read more
