This is my first time that I was this upset with the service of the cafe. The female staff was very rude - I was asking... questions related to the drinks and her attitude was arrogant even before getting my cup wrong when I was asking for the sizesand the payment methods. I said I wanted a drink without any sugar and asked if the chai latte has any sugar (sugar, honey) init. She said the Chai concentrate is by default sweet and so I asked if I could have london fog instead. She gave me a cup ofLondon Fog still with sugar and I asked if I could get one without it, and she was unwilling to remake the London Fog and askedthat I have to pay half the price just to get it right the second time. During the process, she sounded very arrogant and rudein both her explanations and attitude and didn't apologize at all. I was more mad in her attitude than actually the additionalprice. The Wifi is also very slow even though the environment was great. There are not that many people in the cafe and nobodywas lining up behind me and I have no idea why she can still be that impatient. This is the worst second cup in Canada. Very rude workers. NO INTERNET!!!!! And when you ask them twice about internet, at the... first time they mentioned we should connect to the neighbors internet! For the second time they just told with very bad temperthat I should connect to the the Mississauga City internet which was accessible in one side of the cafe only, and it was veryslow. The coffee was cold when I get it, and when I ask them to make it warm, they refused with very rude manner. Never ever gohere and this is really japordize the Second Cups reputation. By far the best coffee cafe in Mississauga. Base price of the coffee is higher than Tim Hortons may be equal to Starbucks. In... $10.50 we ordered two hot coffees both small sizes which equal to medium size offered by Timmies. Coffee beans used were highquality. We took milk that was over 2% and it tasted amazing. I took a Caramel Corretto and Moccaccino, and the coffee was abovelight expectation. Good for a weekend chill outdoor coffee session. Read more

Bad and Bad. One of the worst spots I've ever been to. The bagel is soon buttery. Not well toasted. She was mistaken and gave my... order to another customer. This location used to be good but it's been downhill for some time now. Not sure if it's new management but the service has been... terrible over the last year. I've lived in the area for about 7 years so I've been loyal customer but I need to stop coming tothis location. My mobile orders are frequently missed and therefore delayed. My Espresso frappe today was made incorrectly (anddelayed) prompting this review. It tasted like the girl made it with just milk and ice... As usual the service was not friendlyor personable. Although there is one brown-skinned girl (sorry I wish I knew her name) that's great and actually the onlycompetent employee there. She's the only reason they have 1 star, otherwise I'd love to give 0. This location needs to reviewtheir hiring process and enhance training. Seriously. Read more
