We are loyal customers to the branch at Erin Mills, so when this branch opened near us, we decided to give it a try. The... sandwiches are perfect, same amazing taste we are used to. The store is spacious and well organized, the floor was a little bitsticky, not sure if too much waxing or.... The rating is missing one star for slowness of employess; you can tell the are newlyhired with no experience. I highly suggest the owner bring a professional to supervise the employess and make sure work is donein an efficient way, so they don't end up losing customers. Read more
It is my 5th time at this location. I always had a great experience except for a couple of minor things in the food preparation.... But this time I?m regretting coming here. I always order with all the sauces and this time I asked for the same but they gave metahini and a Lil hot sauce which made my food less tasty. I asked for extra sauces for my food but you know it's not the samewhen the sauces are not included. The temperature was so bad inside, it feel like 40 today and their thermostat was showing 80Fahrenheit. I asked 3 times to reduce the temperature but they did it when I was almost done and by that time I was sweating. Idon?t think I?ll come to this location again. Read more
