Horrid service? Will never go back here again, place a order workers are ignoring me, then asked for a water cup and was told it... cost 0.35 cents!!!! Workers kept ignoring me then told me that owner is told them to charge for even 1 water cup. I don?t knowwhat type of management and ownership is operating here but this is not acceptable for large franchise such as Tim Hortons.Wrong individuals are getting into business and bringing their cheap and unprofessional ways into the business/ market. As withthe workers they seem to love their owner/ boss so much that they can?t give buying customers a simple water cup for free!!Seems like their scared of loosing their minimum wage job and going to the next place for the same wage.
