Always super slow and tend to screw up orders on a regular basis. Expect a good 15-30 minute wait for most days.
Slow service. I have been to this Starbucks a few times in past one year. The speed of service is very slow. There is almost... always a long queue and it takes up to 30 minutes, on average, to get my order. Good luck at your visit! Read more
I spend a lot of money at Starbucks, and the baristas in my hometown are incredible. So I was absolutely stunned at the abysmal... service I got at the Pearson Starbucks. It wasn?t at all busy, which added to my confusion about how much they messed up. Iordered 3 drinks, and the person before me ordered 2, none of which were complicated in the least. First they screwed up thesizes of the person before me, then not only did the same thing with mine, but also had absolutely no clue which drink wassupposed to have non dairy milk. The Cafe is quite small, there are a few small tables and a larger sized one. The lineup line is efficient. The establishment... was clean and well organized. The service was excellent. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and served by a friendly staffmember. Read more
The service was overall slow. They lost my sandwich order and when they handed it to me the cashier walked away from the line to... argue with me that i had not ordered my sandwich. I had to pull it up on the app to prove it to her. Read more
Very busy but even though the line was out of the store about 20ft. I was serviced within 10 minutes. The two ladies working... there where fast and accurate and very hard workers. I got a cheese, egg, and sausage bagel and it was very good but I did haveto put it back together since it was thrown in the bag. I got a venti peppermint mocha and it was very good but I wish it was alot hotter. Over all good layover place to grab a bite. Read more
