Their service was really bad, I saw that women calling out a man for his coffee, but she just kept my coffee on the table... without letting me know. Such discrimination is pathetic. Read more
Unfortunately they rarely have the bakery items I want- and I don?t find they often put much effort into the drinks. I asked for... my drink Cali style and they just put like one extra line of caramel. Idk, just feels like there?s a lack of effort there everytime I go. Read more
I rather give this Starbucks 0 rating. Asked for a Mocha Frap with extra shot of sugar/sweetener and specifically asked the Guy... to make sure the coffee is sweet. After tasting it I asked him to add some sweetener as it WASN?T sweet. He clearly wasn?tinterested to help me by adding the sweetener instead started arguing saying he would have to re do this again, he has alreadyadded a lot of mocha and asked me next time I should be very specific. At the end he called his colleague saying he can?t helpme and the lady absolutely made my drink right?. Mocha doesn?t make the coffee sweet it makes it bitter and to make it sweetall you need to do is add some sweet syrup. Please ask your staff to understand the order before accepting any orders andwhat?s the big deal in redoing the order if it was not. Read more

I dont really care for starbucks nor do I bother spending my money there. But I got gift cards my husband received from his... customers & gave me to use as he dont care about this coffee place at all. I went to this location as it is closest to me.Caramel macchiato tasted good but espresso shots ended up being decaf. I worked at starbucks before for 7yrs and I know thedifference. Just as caffeine gives a boost, decaf makes u sluggish. And I had to get back to work feeling very weak, as it wasdecaffeinated. Helpful staff, good brew I think. Only one in the area by Dixie mall.
