Lines through the drive-thru are pretty hit and miss .. I can never quite figure out when the best time to get through is. ... Orders are always right though. Update: it still takes forever to get something as simple as a coffee. You would think by nowif you place your order at the drive-thru order board, within the 10 minutes it takes to get through to the window, they mighthave it ready. It was a good experience overall. The staff was very polite helpful and friendly. They were ready to help you and serve you but... my main concern although it?s funny but they should write the correct name on cups. I have told them what my name was and I evenspell it for them two times still they write it totally wrong. I never understand this strategy. Guys please work on this thing. Read more

This is a great Starbucks. While the drive through lines are long in the morning they do a great job moving people through while... also being incredibly friendly and super polite. The line always moves faster than you think it well. My favorite thing aboutthe Starbucks is how friendly the people on the other side of the order are. What pathetic service, asked for no ice Mocha Cookie Crumble and they have handed over with ice. When you take out guys please... take care and spend more time checking your drinks and foods, just like me you realize later. I have sinus issues and this drinkhas triggered it. Absolutely brutal customer service here, I will never come back. I ordered an iced latte, and when I got it I took a couple of... sips before noticing there were chunks at the bottom. The milk went bad!!! I was shocked and told the barista, and she veryrudely asked me what I wanted her to do, no apology, NOTHING. I asked her to make me another one and she did so, but with a lotof attitude. Here's to hoping I don't get food poisoning. Read more
Visited this Starbucks recently. Ordered Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso with no ice. They gave me a half cup of coffee. I... asked why it is half. they answered if it is no ice it is only half a cup. It means Starbucks is charging money for ice. Comeon.
