The csr Amanda was rude, condescending and implied I was lying. I did not receive the promotional cup. Neither of the holiday... beverages ordered had any of the toppings ordered nor were they made as requested. This ruined our wedding anniversary breakfastand I will be sharing my impression with friends and family. Read more

Was witness to an older woman treating one of the workers terribly. She was angry and stating she was not to be 'given orders'.... All I saw was that some direction given to her. She told me personally whilst in line, how she was going to email every higherup she could, and have this poor girl fired. It was absolutely upsetting. The employee was obviously busy and was trying herbest. Was a shame to see people treated like that, up close. You hear stories, but to see it in reality was very unfortunate tosay the least. She should be ashamed of herself. Read more

Fast service. A few things- Located in a hotel so they don?t take Starbucks QR code to pay. Parking is iffy if you aren?t... staying at the hotel. Other than that great and beautiful seating area! Read more

Hidden GEM. beautiful location inside hotel lobby. Staff is super friendly. Seating in this area is amazing. love the big glass... ceiling and seating in this area, Highly recommended if you want to get a zen out place to quietly get things done in themorning hours. Read more

This hidden gem is amazing! I needed a quick bite to eat and it was perfect! Staff are always soooo sweet. I don't know how to... order from Starbucks but staff are always so nice when I just lamely said "a large please" because I still have no idea whatit's called, I just like coffee. I got a sausage, cheese and egg on an English muffin which was ready to eat! I was offeredketchup and hot sauce and it just tipped the sandwich off. Great service! Super kind people. Read more

Note: this location does not allow for redemption of points (but you can... earn) or pre-order using app. You may still use your app to pay. *UPDATE* Since 2022, been here twice now where the blonderoast is incredibly dark and bitter. Once it was the Christmas blend, and today it was the True North blend. I've always been aTN gal, and never had any problems with it. Uncertain why the change in quality for this particular blend. But it was sooobitter today that I had to add sugar into it for the first time ever. (I usually just add milk) Very disappointed. Down gradedstars for this review now. Read more
