The staff here are amazing, kind and thoughtful. I love that they have outdoor seating all year long,nothing says????????... ????????Canadian???????? ????????like having coffee outside in the cold, if you want to???????? Parking space is alwaysavailable. ???????????? One thing that I really do not like is the lighting,it really hurts the eyes ????????as it is sharppiercing brightness. It's not a soft warm comfortable light and the lighting fixtures are very low,right over the tables. It wasnot like that before. They just recently got renovated.Not all upgrades are a smart move.???????? Space is long and wide,it isgreat for everyone especially people with Mobility devices, anyone can move around freely. I love this Starbucks location. The barista?s are always smiling and are so friendly. They consistently make delicious drinks... and they have never made me feel like they were annoyed with my order which is something that I feel occasionally at otherlocations. My toddler even loves the people there and always asks me to go say hi. I was in desperate need of caffeine half wayinto Halloween night trick or treating so we stopped by close to closing and the staff were still so awesome - even had aHalloween treat for my little one. I love this Starbucks location. The barista?s are always smiling and are so friendly. They consistently make delicious drinks... and they have never made me feel like they were annoyed with my order which is something that I feel occasionally at otherlocations. super clean and the Staff were so friendly. I orded my usual beverage and decided to let my 3 year old get a hot chocolate. I... ordered a tall and the staff suggested to get it in a short for my little one as it's a bit smaller, cheaper and they made it sohe could drink it right away. I was ultimately educated on how to order hot beverages for children to enjoy right away insteadof having to cool it down all while saving a little money on a drink that probably wouldn't have been finished in a tall cup Read more

It always baffles me when I see people with clearly fake accounts posting negative, defamatory comments about people who can't... defend themselves. Like the person who commented before me. Naming a barista by name and claiming they did a horrid thing whenthere is literally no way they did, is not only pathetic, but potentially dangerous. This store is one of the best- the wholeteam of people are amazing, friendly, and care about you as a customer. I wish that Google had a feature to comment on reviewsso I didn't have to make a review just to defend someone against a fake, bullying review. Read more

This Starbucks was by far the worst experience i've ever had, the one barista over there that goes by the name of Becca nearly... gave me an anxiety attack because when i had tried to order my drink which was an Venti Caramel Macchiato she proceeded to tellme that I should get a grande instead and worry about my weight (I'am 250 lbs) and work as a trucker for our beautiful nation.The embarassment and shame that i felt after she had said those words to me is unpar. Especially when she looked behind her andstarted to giggle with the other baristas behind her. Honestly the worst experience i've ever had Starbucks please tell me whyyou guys are allowing employees to shame people because of their weight, atleast train your employees in basic human manners. Great new freestanding location. It opened a couple weeks ago and has a drive thru. I found it a little busy but looks like a... really nice location. Hopefully I can come back and enjoy a sit down visit once indoor dining is allowed again. Read more

First time to the new location here in Port Credit. I must say that we couldn't wait to have one this side and with a drive-thru... as well. Team was awesome my coffee and sandwich was delicious order was already there long before my added 5 or so mins. Igave them ???????????????????? and I got a little extra boost from my lil coffee lid note on a miserable day of unwelcomed snowywintery weather ???????? ???? You guys "have an amazing day" as well stay safe and never change your good attitude towards yourcustomers or in general ???? Read more
