Great little spot in the heart of Streetsville ON, 30 min NW of Toronto. The service was friendly and our food was ready quickly... on a busy Friday night. I had the Beef Souvlaki, it was delicious! I have ordered here now about 8-9 in the last month, sadly this time was not a great experience. I enjoy their salad as the... chicken is fresh seared and flavourful . Lovely and low-key casual Greek diner. Over the counter ordering than find a seat. There are large tables indoors, and about 4... small tables out on the front patio. Food takes a while to prep, but it was all freshly grilled. Two of us got the lamb souvlaki($28) to share and it was perfect portion for us. Really enjoyed the grilled veggies. The potatoes have a lemony flavour, whichmade them seem not as heavy. The lamb wasn't gamey. Good seasoning was good. Texture was a bit sinewy but not too tough. Alsoenjoyed the orange soda! Ordered chicken Stavro's, calamari Stavro's,Greek pita,custard eclair and chicken souvlaki skewer. Chicken Stavros was ok but... fries were soggy pita was little oily. Calamari Stavros was good but pita was little burnt. Chicken skewer was good 5 out of 5.Greek pita was ok no issues. Great little spot! They warned us for a 20 minute wait but it didn't feel like a wait at all! Service is super friendly, food is... great and the portions are huge. Great location, love how the patio is off the main road. U get a nice cozy experience. Onething missing, no water pitchers? We were thirsty after the delicious food! Read more
