I?ve never had an issue at this location I?m a regular and I?ve been in the area for 4 years already but today the staff was... extremely rude. They refused to make another sandwich after the one they made was not according to the request. Purchased an order.. the employee was completely dead faced. I asked for some water with the order & asked if I can use the... washroom. Not open at 9 am during a weekday when hours clearly state on the door open at 8. After my appointment in the plaza, saw the... open sign lit at 9:30. Extremely rude staff. I ordered two subs and asked the employee to toast them and he puts it in there for 5 seconds and... completely ignores me when I asked him to put it back in (I asked two times) i just got fed up and continued on with my order.Puts on two of the wrong toppings and then he asks if that's okay because it'll go to waste.
