Very disappointed to see that the girl making my sub was flinging her hair everywhere. I asked if they had a hair net policy and... she responded by saying no ones asked her to wear one and there hasn't been any complaints about her hair in anyone's food. Cansomeone clarify for me if @subway has a hair net policy? Read more

Went to get some breakfast, it?s supposed to open at 8:30am, stopped by at 8:45am and was told the bread won?t be ready for... another hour. Pretty disappointing when the restaurant doesn?t follow their own hours. Read more

Keep getting my order wrong? I order online and go in to pick up. I make sure to not add certain sauces because they contain... egg.. and I have a pretty bad egg allergy. Last 3 times I bring my sandwich home and they add mayo or ranch just cause they feellike it? It was not on the order.. I'd like to eat my sandwich and stay alive please. And the bread is stale. Walked in half hour before closing and when I arrived the girl behind the counter looked up from her phone and told me they were... closed. I of course said I knew they weren't and I still had a half an hour and she lied to my face and told me it was their newhours. I guess she didn't realize she was standing next to the "updated hours" sheet and immediately stopped talking to me whenI pointed out she was lying and closed early. I was so annoyed that I took the time to complain online and got a copy pasteemail that showed my complaint wasn't even read. Pathetic serving! I never thought Subway sandwich can give you bad experience. Please do not go to this place as food is stale... because of less footfall. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich (after toasting as well it was frozen cold) all the veggies were oldand didn?t taste fresh at all. The only server did not have any interest in attempting to serve. And my veggie Patty costed memore than any meat sandwich from the menu(which was another surprise) very bad experience. I wouldn?t go back and wouldn?trecommend anyone to go as well! Read more
