Bowl had barely any rice or meat all veggie and barely sauce. Asked for cheese and there was no cheese in it either. Horrible.
Worst customer service ever!!!!! 2 North Indian girls who worked there seemed uninterested in serving. They were rushing us... though we were the only customers. You had one job! We have worked in the food industry as well, this is never the approach wehave towards customers. If you?d rather sit around, find a desk job! Never going back there again. Read more
This East Indian woman name Pardeep. She was as cold as the north Pole. She seemed annoyed that we asked for fresh lettuce... instead of the discolored ones she has in the display. She has an attitude as if we were bothering her. When it was time tocheck out she just slapped the credit card machine and walked away but I was paying cash. She seemed even more annoyed now as ifit was my fault that she ASSUMED that I was paying via credit card. You're prejudice is showing Pardeep. If you hate your job orhate people. I am writing this review not to put bussiness down, but to improve their service. I love subway and since we moved, I am really... excited to know that subway is at walking distance to us. There were two girls not at all passionate about their jobs. The waythey made my sandwich, it dint even look appetizing to me anymore. She threw in chicken not even spread to whole sandwich endswere empty and middle was filled. Than they sent for toasting. After taking the sandwich out of toaster she asked me for toppingbut throwing in few she went to pack other orders. Now my sandwich is.cold, toast is gone. Anyways moving on, she rolled thesandwich as if she was packing garbage. That's when I exactly lost my appetite. Can't believe paid $15 for a service and foodlike this. I don't think I am going back. But definitely will give them another chance after three months to see if theyimproved. Want it to work as it's in neighborhood. One more thing that subway is known for its fresh ingredients but they werenot fresh. However, the other locations I hv tried make excellent sandwich. Read more
I eat At Subway a lot, it is my choice of food to eat at work. The location at Hurantario and Bristol, had the most disgusting... vegetables I have ever seen. I thought all Subway Sandwiches locations are supposed to follow the same format. Wow, not thecase. I wish I took a picture of the yellow green tomatoes and the other old looking vegetables. Please quit your job if you donot take pride in what you are doing. This location does not follow the process of other franchise locations, Eew. I agree breadtases old. Worst subway I've been to. I asked for a sub with NO cheese because I have allergies to dairy. The woman still put cheese on my... sub and when I told her I needed a new one made, she just picked it off as if melted cheese is very easy to pick off. The womanstill charged me for extra meat when she just triggered my allergies with no apologies whatsoever. The bread was so stale,didn't even seem like she toasted it and the veggies tasted old and disgusting. Wish I never spent $12 on this. Read more
"fresh" veggies were all frozen and soggy. I told them and suggested they turn down the fridge but they didn't seem to care.... Worst sub ever! Read more
