Employee (Jasmine) who made our sidekick looked like she was in a rush. Poor customer service. We wanted to get two crispy... chicken sidekicks but didn?t know they were called sidekicks instead of sandwich and she gave us a *sigh* that was really rudewhen we told her we want sidekick not sandwich (she hadn?t started preparing yet). Unprofessional and childlike behaviour. They hired 2 young girls who cannot take orders at all. I waited in a long line and when... I was up next I was told that they had no more bread left and she started laughing with the other girl. I was outraged andmocked. Very poor service and will not be returning again. Read more

Went on Sat, October 15th 2022 for lunch, Low quality food, bad and spoiled vegetables and toppings and pathetic customer... service. Definitely not a place to eat, I am surprised how come this restaurant is still open and it is not being checked byhealth officials. Order veg?s subways, all tasted bitter, when reported to manager, she didn?t even bother to listen to mycomplain, maybe she didn?t understand English. Threw away all subways to garbage and when asked for refund she bluntly declinedsaying that we might be eating this for the first time so we may not know the taste. The most pathetic and horrific experienceever. Avoid going to this subway. There is another Subway which is just 1.5 kms away which is good. Read more
do not tip at this location on the debit machine, even though it has the tip option DONT, it goes to the owner and nor the... server, very wrong! I tipped the employee cash to ensure that he received the tip because he was exceptional. Subs tasted fine, but the staff seem to absolutely police the veggies. Barely got any topping, I think I counted 8 olives on my... footlong. Also adding a tip option for fast food just feels unnecessary. Read more
I was there today evening, brown lady(thats the only way to describe her, she didn?t gave me her name)server helped me. So, i... wanted to get two foot long and one six inch sub and they were diff orders for diff people. i was giving her instructions forthe first one, she didn?t want to listen and tried rushing me. Then i asked her that if she is in a rush. She yelled at us,saying ?No, I am not in a rush, do i look like??? while she was preparing my order she was throwing stuff. she used same glovefor the ?Veg and Nonveg?. What a terrible mistake.
