Forced tipping and not particularly good customer service, base options for tipping is 15% 18% or 25%? so I would pay 5$ tips... for 2 subs lowest.. I have never get force to tip on credit machine this much and in a fast food store! People go subway to havecheaper subs this defeats the purpose, server can be rude if you ask too many questions, I don?t think I will be back hereagain. Read more

Great experience, the "Morning Guy" was very helpful & made great suggestions for my sub without being pushy. Would definitely... recommend coming here & especially if you're unsure about what to get, he'll take care of you no problem. Will definitely beback soon as I work around the corner from here. You would expect ordering from subway to be easy because it follows make your own sub and you get exactly what you asked for but... it?s not the case for this particular branch of subway. I wish I could give 0 stars as the staff here are not polite at all andwill avoid answering questions without even listening to it first. If the owner is reading this review then I?d like to mentionthat I was here on July 10th at 7:45 pm and did not like the tone of the staff working here (Gifty). I asked for a green goddessveggie sub with mashed avocado for which I had to remind her to add mashed avocado even though it was right in front of themenu. Subway at Central Parkway West gave me great service. One of their employees- Tirth, was very friendly and helped me advertise... our school by allowing me to hand out our flyers at their Subway store!! Also, the sandwiches tastes awesome! I will come backfor sure! Read more
