Sunset Grill is a standard casual breakfast chain. Similar to Denny's but less dinner vibes. They open VERY early! They have a... patio outside. At 7am, there was only one other table seated. There was an uncleaned table as we entered. Not a big dealbecause it was pretty empty and there was only one front-of-house staff. They had hand sanitizer stations at the front entranceand by the washrooms too. Staff were all unmasked but friendly and helpful. If you dine before 10am, ask about their Earlybirdspecials (under $10) which are on their website but NOT on the printed menu. They have a very large breakfast menu, so there'ssomething for everyone! Had the eggs Benedict. Everything was nice. Home fries could've been slightly more cooked for me personally. They were more like... chopped potatoes as apposed to fries (you know what I'm trying to say... Don't pretend you don't know). Waitresses were bothreally nice and got everything I wanted promptly. Yummy. First time eating here and what a fabulous location. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very prompt service and... our waitress was such a peach. I had the Mediterranean omelets with added broccoli and ham. My fiance had the great Canadianone. Food is hot and very nice presentation. I cannot wait to come back. We'll done! Read more
Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered 3 eggs and bacon with home fries well done. Waited about 15 minutes only for them... to bring me raw home fires. When I complained, they took the fries back and put the back on the grill for about 1 minute andcame back with every excuse why they couldn't get my fries well done. I am not sure why this was so difficult. I won't be backto this location again. Read more
Ordered the Eggs Sunset and Egg Florentine. The portions were really good and the breakfast was awesome. The French toast goes... really well with the 3 eggs. Overall I would rate it a 4.8 Stars. Service wise the waitresses were friendly. Price isaffordable. Read more
Outstanding service and very good breakfast here. The Sri Lankan chefs at the back make sure that the food isn't greasy. Try the... corned Beef hash, it's one of the best I've had in the GTA. Read more
