We came in for lunch yesterday and were greeted by the lovely southern blond up at the counter. I didn?t have a chance to catch... her name, but the customer service was great - she was super friendly and chatty, warm and welcoming. We?d definitely be back,keep up the great work :) Read more

The worst meal ever. Just ordered the fish and chips. As you can see, the inside of the fish was raw with uncooked batter and... very very little fish. The fries were overcooked bits and pieces and soaked in oil. NEVER EAT HERE! UPDATE: They called me.First offered another fish and chips dinner. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then offered me a $15 credit if I go into restaurant. AGAIN,NO. Iam 70 and order my food in. I don't go to restaurants. Then she said they would get back to me. That was several hours ago.UPDATE 2: THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO RESPONSE. WHAT A TERRIBLE FRANCHISE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. UPDATE: So, SwissChalet has chosen to ignore this problem! I will make negative comments whenever I see a posting from them. Ordered a 1/3 rib and 1/4 chicken meal. Asked and paid for extra chalet sauce. Got home to realise my fountain poured 7up was... off and they didn't give any sauce AT ALL. Drove back to have them correct it and they had thrown the chalet sauce out causethey just closed. All they could offer me was a dessert or my .50 cents back. The sauce is the meal. I cant eat the chickenwithout it and I couldn't get a full refund back. I'd rather of spent my money else where had I know I was going to get screwedover. I'd like something more than just a refund of .50. Yes I paid for extra sauce but the fact that I didnt get any sauceshould warrant a full refund since the full meal wasnt there..I didnt get to eat my chicken cause the meat isn't much withoutit. This swiss chalet is consistently the worst one I go too. This time we orderd a double leg dinner and a wing dinner, both... orders were missing a bun and the chalet sauce was like water. The wings didn't have sauce and the fries were not the signaturefries they felt like McCain fries. We didn't get any utensils or or butter (guess it didn't matter because we didn't get buns)and this location doesn't even have a working ice machine. Read more
