What has happened to this place ? I use to go to the Waterloo branch and loved visiting Symposium. This place is not up to that... standard. We ordered Chocolate Chai Mocha, Cafe Latte, Vanilla Chai Latte, Italian soda peach and Italian Soda Kiwi. The bestout of all was the soda, the rest of it was not great, sadly. We thought of getting a cake, so we settled on the fudgechocolate brownie. A safe option. All I can say is ?disappointed?. I am giving this a 2 stars for the server and ambience. Went to this place for desserts and tried the banana Nutella crepe. Got a decent portion size for the price but there was an... overload of Nutella inside. Nutella lovers may like it but I found it way too thick and after 3-4 bites just didn't feel likeeating at all. Maybe better ask the customer how thick they would like the filling to be. Awful experience. I got wings and they were non breaded, over cooked, tiny, and very bland. My partner got chicken and waffles... and it was very mediocre I?m usually not the type to complain but for $20 a person, I was going to mention something, but ourwaitress made us feel very uncomfortable Our food came out only 15 minutes after ordered which I find very normal but sheapologized literally 5 times for how long it took, but at the same time we were missing items, and wasn?t even brought cutleryto eat our food until we asked. Apologized another 10 times. I was pretty excited to try this place, but it?s NOT worth it. Wewere going to get dessert, but after how bad our dinner and experience, we just wanted to leave asap. It has been awhile since I last visited and was happy to be back. Still one of the best locations in Mississauga. Service was... incredible with Gaby being the only waitress on shift. Food was delicious, portions perfect and well prepared. Martini cocktailwas also well balanced. The chef came out to say hello and to make sure we were happy. Well, the appetizers set the mood for the evening. This chewy red chicken wing was a pretty bad start. We were on the side with... bench seating, and the seats really could use some care; they're peeling and rundown, the whole restaurant could use some TLC.The service sucked outright, orders forgotten, inattentive staff. The dishes we had were largely bland and generic food,certainly not great. The best food our group had was the chicken and waffles, everything else was a big heaping of blah. Notbleh, just blah. Went for Mother's Day. This place does not take reservations, so plan for a potential wait on a busy day like this. Generous... portions without being ridiculous, and the food was well cooked. I felt the eggs Benedict eggs could have used some seasoningand pepper but overall good and perfectly cooked peameal bacon. The fresh juice is also great, and perfect waffles. We do notrecommend the French toast with caramel bananas, the bananas tasted not freshly prepared and an unpleasant texture. The servertold us of computer issues and having to make manual tickets as well as being very busy so we understand why service was slow attimes, but after ordering the food came pretty quickly.
