the portion sizes here are ridiculous. there?s so many other locations in mississauga, please go there. I asked for extra garlic... and i received not even a normal amount of garlic sauce. Not once did they apologize but they stated they put in the wrap. Itold her at the register for my ?on the sticks? order for extra garlic sauce, NOT my husbands order. This conversation wasn?teven 5 minutes ago. She acted like I didn?t ask her for that. Then she proceeded to hand me the smallest tin with garlic sauce.No apology, nothing. How are you charging people for extra sauce when you don?t give even normal portion sizes? this happenedlast time too, and one of the girls gave me extra sauce on side and apologized. So please don?t give them extra money becausethey definitely won?t give it to you. I?ve been to several spots and gotten more than enough sauce without getting charged forit. I actually really enjoyed it prior but due to the service today, i won?t ever come back. Over some garlic sauce (that costthem nothing), they?re losing business from myself, my family and friends. This place is also disgusting. You?re forced to waitno matter how dead it is, and you?re appetite is killed from the nasty tables & chairs. If you?re saving money on your weakportion sizes, use that money on buying better seating for your guests. Read more

Honestly my experience there was the best experience. Some reviews may say that the shawarma was bad, but for me it?s the best.... And I?m sure is for other customers too. You can?t always try one thing and say it?s a bad restaurant, there?s so many otherthings to try, than just the shawarma. It may taste bad in your opinion but in others opinion it?s the best. Chicken shawarma taste like cold and squared like leftover chicken. The sauce is pretty good. Probably because I went to early... they may just open. My wife says she rather take grilled chicken wrap at Tim Hortons???? Read more
Edit: July 2022 It's been about 4 years since my last review and this location has remained consistent. Great spot to stop for... chicken on the rocks and shawarma sandwiches. Reasonably priced, good portions, and daily deals. Previous review: A good spotfor chicken on the rocks - Good food and great value. Their Taza on the rocks is very generously portioned and reasonablypriced. Fries, rice, garlic and hot sauce are all great - but they could definitely improve on their chicken. Instead of thinlyslicing the cooked portions of chicken off the spit they cut big chunks of cooked and uncooked chicken off, then throw it on theflat top grill to finish cooking it, and chop up the meat like crazy to ensure it is all cooked quickly. I'm all for throwingshawarma meat on the flat top after its sliced to crisp it up a little bit, but that's not what they're doing here. The textureof the chicken ends up coming out almost like a ground chicken and doesn't really resemble the shawarma meat im used to eating.If they could improve on the cooking process for their chicken I could see them having the best chicken on the rocks inmississauga! First time to order online. They had an offer for the platter and it was my family weekly dinner. Presenting was very good. Pick... up time was punctual. Food was amazing, so delicious. The grape leaves and cabbage stuffings was from home exactly. BBQ chickenwas so tasty and cooked to perfection, the mixed grill was good . My husband ordered two MILD wraps. I couldn?t even eat half because it was not mild. When he finished his (he is used to eating... spicy food) he said ?that was certainly not mild?. He advised me to eat the parts that did not have the spicy sauce.Unfortunately that would mean only eating half the lettuce and somebody of the pita wrap, the meat was drenched in the hotsauce. I gave two stars instead of 1 because in the past, I?ve had a decent MILD wrap and would have awarded 3 or 4 starts basedon past experiences. I?m not sure what happened here this time. Read more
I?ve given this place 4 or 5 tries because I wanted to think the first few times were just off days, but the food isn?t nice.... The falafel doesn?t taste like anything and they are rock solid and tiny. The beef is mostly grizzle and fat, mostly inedible.We are all feeling the effects of inflation, however there?s need to compromise on quality if you have also increased yourprices with rising costs.
