i thought this taza xpress would be better than the last bad experience i had at a different location. my order didn?t even have... sauce on it, overcooked and no extra garlic sauce as i paid for. Im a regular customer who supports businesses like this butafter being told ?i made the order it?s in there? ? why would I lie about a sauce? It?s worth apologizing and believing thecustomer. There wasn?t even a drop of garlic sauce on the order, how do you expect someone to eat dry food? Disappointing. Read more

I'm not really happy with the service, I go there almost every single day, and the girl with the braces gives me a hard time... over a little extra sauce, or for a little extra chicken if I ask, this is how they treat their good customers? I couldunderstand if I was not a regular customer how this could be an issue but the fact that I go there five or six days a week andshe's giving me a hard time over such a little ask, I don't think it's right. This is not the right way to treat a regularcustomer who comes every single day. I am thinking to not go here any longer because of the way I am treated. Read more

I purchased from here many times, believing that their chicken was provided from Sargent Farms, as seen in a poster in their... shop. One of my family friends later asked Sargent Farms if they provided chicken for Taza Xpress. They said they haven't forover a year.
