Pretty Decent Pub. The building is nice and suits the classic pub style look. The service was really poor maybe because we went... prior to a long weekend. The Big Blue was great as well as the classic Firkin Burger. The special chicken tacos were alsoamazing. The true special dish is the mac & cheese which may be the best I have ever had. Highly recommend getting it if you area fan of mac & cheese or willing to try something new and great. The dessert was mediocre at best. The Tres Leche was too smalland very bland and the brownie was dry. Just stick to the pub food and drinks. Recommend this spot if you want consistent solidpub food. Read more
We recently had a huge event at D&F and Jaime was wonderful to work with. He made excellent recommendations and helped with the... ordering so we didn't over order anything. Everyone raved about the food and the staff were so attentive to my guests, even thekids felt well taken care of. Can't say enough about our great experience. Thank you Drake & Firkin! Read more

I was a bit crushed as I usually get deliver from here and it is delightful. But this visit was below the bar. I'm not sure if... the oil simply needs to be changed but everyone at the table order deep fried items like fish n chips / chicken tenders and itall tasted old. The service was fine. Very kind waitress but suddenly she was gone and someone else cashed us out. Maybe illstick with delivery, not sure I would go in again. Read more
Went in with no expectations and walked out super pleased. A friend recommended the proper steak and ale pie and it was soooo... good. A perfectly baked personal steak pie, suspended on mashed potatoes and drizzled with gravy. Incredibly fulfilling. I'llgo back just for this! Read more
Nicely decorated and warm and welcoming place. Super nice server Kaitlyn helped out in us ordering food even though we were... exceptionally slow and indecisive she patiently waited on us. Our ordered was delivered by the kitchen superfast and it tastedamazing and fresh. We tried almost everything on the menu and it's super tasty and good. This is a bar chain franchise, but each establishment has its own unique qualities. The atmosphere and menu is representative of... an English Pub. This is the first bar we went to in Canada. Wanting to watch American football and the bartender was veryaccommodating to coordinate a television for us. We did not order food here so unable to provide review on that.
