Had the iced cappuccino for the first time. Good and not too overwhelmingly sweet.
I ordered a bagel and she touched meat before making my bagel and did not change gloves. I asked her politely if she touched... meat, she said yes. I asked her to make another bagel for me because I don?t eat meat. She started arguing. She was so rude. Butthen the manager came and said you should?ve mentioned it that you don?t eat meat, lol.. Such a scam!! I waited in line for 25 min to get my sandwich... And the sandwich here is actually HALF the regular size but the... same price ???? The manager (I think she was?) happened to be right there so I asked, and she said "Yea we changed the bread,that's it". No apology and very rude attitude. Food 4* Service 4* Vibe 3* Some people in the reviews need to chill. It's a Tim Hortons in a huge international airport. Of... course, they are busy, and of course, they will be understaffed with covid and have long lines and run out of things. And someof you have the audacity to complain about the prices being a bit higher than outside the airport. EVERY AIRPORT IN THE WORLDHAS HIGHER FOOD PRICES THAN THE OUTSIDE. The Food and coffee are standard for Tim Hortons. And they get the job done.
