I wanted to try the new maple bacon sandwich, but it was impossible. Even when I got my wrong order, I told her it wasn't the... maple bacon and the lady, (I don't remember her name, but it was the lady of color) got all mad and said that it had bacon. Isaid I wanted the one with maple, and she started rising her voice and saying "OMG" , the bacon is inside the sandwich. I had toleave from there with something that I didn't even want. I wish they were trained and they knew about new menu items, becauseshe had no clue. Also, that's not the proper way to treat their customers. So disappointing! Read more

Located by gate F66. They didn?t have enough staff working during the morning rush, around 7am. The line moved so slowly and... most movement was happening because people were leaving the line, probably late for their flights. They didn?t put bacon on mysandwich even though I paid for it. They also messed up the guy in front of me?s order. I think the prices here are higher thannon-airport locations. Also the menu screen was only in French. Read more

Quick and easy to order while on my way to my next gate. Was not too disappointed with my bacon homestyle biscuit but it was a... bit over cooked. The hash brown was great and the medium coffee made the overall experience a thumbs up for me. Read more
Convenient location in the airport if your flight is near one of the gate. Relatively inexpensive place to grab a warm meal (a... toasted bagel with butter cost only $1.80). The staff was kind enough to let me use my gift card by reading the 16 digit codeout loud since they didn?t have a scanner.
