This is the third time I ordered via drive through at this location and once again, they got my order wrong. I asked for a... medium caramel latte (along with a large TT, medium hot capp and 2C 2M coffee). The server even confirmed that I wanted a hotlatte (to which I said yes). This time, I made sure to check that I received all of my drinks. When I got to my destination andtasted my "latte", it was straight up bitter coffee. How does one mix up Black coffee for a caramel latte?? So disappointed. Read more

Gross! Just went here and ordered a grilled cheese. Got 2 solid bricks of cheese - not even melted. Avoid this location.

This drive-through is the worst. I made my breakfast a combo, but charged for a cup. If you hired staff, make sure they can... understand and speak proper English please. They were very rude and did not give me my hash brown when I asked for it. Nevergoing back. Read more

Very poor customer service. When I asked the girl at the window to repeat my order, she argued with me and after that I found... that she added an extra coffee to it. Another girl with glasses shouted at me from the back, telling me that it was my fault andnot their. Contrarily, whenever I buy begal from here, I always ask for double toasted, but they sometime just hand it to mewithout even toasting it same thing happened this morning they only toasted a single time. I have no idea what their managementis doing over there, but the workforce has to undergo some serious training. Read more

Small location. Optimized for drive thru with nowhere to sit inside so make sure you plan accordingly. Quick service in my... experience. Quality of coffee is the same everywhere. This location does have pizza if you're looking to try somethingdifferent. Read more

I ordered potato wedges first time and I waited there more than 10... minutes before ordering..all the team members were gossiping and 2 guys were using phone . Second time I ordered from my mobileand then same thing happened and i am attaching pictures below just to tell that what type of food you guys serving here.???????? Read more

I work very close to this Tim Hortons and was a regular customer , sometimes visited this place twice daily . Their dark roast... does not taste like dark roast but rather like a regular coffee !!! I?ve been buying dark roast for a long time to know what ittastes like, all other locations are on point with dark roast except this one? Very very disappointed ! Also when you get tothe window to pay for your order they rush you like it?s a race or something . Read more

Typically get breakfast here with no problems. Staff is usually fast-paced and decently mannered, though today, I received a... different experience. The employee working the drive-thru had a disgusting attitude when we simply and politely questioned whywe received the wrong order!! Read more
