Every freaking time I come here whether it be through drive thru or inside the service is horrible. 5 people on drive thru 2 of... which are just standing around 1 on the front counter who is busier filling online orders than attending to the people in storeand 1 another person just roaming around. We?ve been to countless different Tim Hortons locations and this location by far had the worst customer service ever. We visited... this location on September 14 at approximately 2:30 pm where we encountered a rude employee that made unnecessary comments whichturned our whole experience horrible. There were no other cars in the drive thru behind us yet this employee began lecturing uson having our money ready by the time we reach this window. It took 3 seconds to get from the speaker to the window yet she hadzero patience to wait an extra 10 seconds while we get our money out. Instead of calling us ?you people?, she should have waitedpatiently for extra 10 seconds while we figured out the situation. Tim Hortons management should look into retraining theiremployees at this location to give their customers proper services. Read more
