Extremely unprofessional and horrible staff. I was waiting to place order for 5 minutes and the staff is either walking around... aimlessly. One staff member came to the counter and was taking a call on her phone. Looked at me and walked away while stilltalking on her phone without any regard. I ended up walking out without buying anything. Extremely horrible and unprofessionalstaff at this location. I would give ZERO star if I could. Even one star for this location is an insult to any other locationthat actually deserve at least one star! Read more
My order was double toasted everything bagel with cream cheese & small black iced coffee What I got was untoasted sesame bagel... with sweetened iced coffee. AWFUL. Read more
Me and my sister always go to that location coz they offer chobani oat milk as a milk substitute for VEGAN people.The service is... so efficient and fast i am really impressed especially by an employee who I usually meet at window named Jaspreet .Good luckguys carry on ?.serving people with best of your services. Every time I go they either don?t have restock or just deny making any more of what?s out. Two nights in a row I?ve gone to grab... timbits and the shelf was completely empty and it was only 7pm and they close at 10. Asked if they?d make more or if they hadanything else and the answer was No. the coffee has been burnt more times than I can count along with no gloves while preppingfood no hair nets. This is one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons ever. Next time u order inside look around I dont think they have ever cleaned . Whenever we go to this Tim Hortons , we end up seeing bugs flying around , inside (where they keep the donuts) and outside as... well. Not once, but we have noticed it several times. The service is fine, but having bees and bugs there is very unappealingand unappetizing! Totally disgusted by it. Hoping after this review they do something about this! Read more
On the Tim Hortons website the restaurant hours are listed as "open 24 hours," yet I have been there multiple times at 5am and... the doors are locked. Most of the staff have no manners or customer service skills, although there are a few of the employeesthat I like. Aruna, Lauren, Judy and Kitty are my favourites, and they are great. They often mix up orders, and take a verylong time to get you your order if you order food. With simple things like a side order of bacon a lot of the staff does notknow how to place the order. Plus it's crammed in this Tim Hortons when it gets busy with all the teenagers on their lunchbreaks when school is in session. Read more
Super rude staff with No patience at all, the Arab girl working the drive thru aggressively said "NEXT" Literally as I am taking... drinks out of the tray into my cupholders. I get that this is a fast food chain but it wont kill you to give me a moment, I workin retail and have worked in fast food and I can easily wait for the person to put their food down and drive away.
