Perfect coffee ?? love it and cappuccino awesome
I used to go here atleast 10 times a week. Recently i feel that either the supervisor or the associates don't have much clarity... on offers. I asked them to redeem telltims survey for a French Vanilla today and they said they can't since the receipt is fromsep (yes the receipt is from 20-sep). But as far as i know its not true and i believe the receipt should be within 30days and wecan redeem once every 7 days. Infact this is 2nd time happening here. It looks like we have to tell them the terms &conditions. Logical question to the store: what if a customer wants to use the offer on 1st day of the month with the receiptfrom previous month's last day? If they can't then whats the purpose of these campaigns. Decision: i know losing one customerdoesn't impact them but its just a start. Am not gng to walk in there forever PS: i was able to redeem the same receipt inother store :p though ended buying 2 FVs :p Read more
Weird drive-through setup, but fast service from the Tim Horton's staff! Convenient pitstop off of the highway and the... Hurontario bus stop. Would recommend going inside to order rather than waiting in the drive-through. Customers get confused atthe drive-through and block the incoming traffic when they're supposed to wait and proceed when clear. Shared unit withWendy's, there are tons of seating areas and lots of customers that come in and out of this store. They do lack a little bit ofparking. Also, one common set of bathrooms is shared between Wendy's and Tim Horton's. Otherwise, staff are very quick torespond and complete orders. The manager at this Tim Horton's is very nice and friendly! Their staff sometimes remembers theregulars as well. Well-stocked food items and well organized here. Read more
Everyday i visit there stand there for couple of minutes , nobody takes my order, in my face team members will be talking to... each other ignoring my presence. I don't say anything to them thank god there is Wendy's right next it otherwise i would neverget a drink or food after a long day. Read more
Tim Hortons is the soul of Canada. Our go to place for coffee and quick munchies. Love their bagels, cheese croissants,... hashbrowns, and of course doughnuts. Although I find the doughnuts a bit sweet. Pass. This branch in particular has greatservice and plenty of personnel to assist you. Read more
Just bought this bagel! A very simple order jalapeño bagel toasted with butter and a cheddar slice in it. No rocket science!!!... Last time I ordered the same thing, got a dry bagel with a cheese slice in it. Today, I politely mentioned my disappointment andordered the same thing and this time the bagel is burnt. No offence to the team and the lady at the drive thru, she was reallypolite to me and she didn?t make the bagel but someone else did. Please keep in mind that you?re making someone?s lunch. Ihaven?t eaten anything since morning and it?s my bad luck that I had to eat from your location. We only get 15 mins of break anddon?t have the time to check our orders so please learn to make a bagel. Don?t take this to your heart but for once keepyourself in our place. Read more
I wanted a dark roast coffee before my evening meeting so I dropped into this place. This restaurant is located in the same... building as Wendy?s on the south west corner of Britannia Rd W and Hurontario St (plus south of Hwy 401). Parking can be crazyat times since there are 2 drive-thru services here; one for Wendy?s and a different one for Tim Hortons. Keep alert aseveryone seems to be racing to a fire somewhere!
